Your lesson very important to me as i started selling naked option since last 5 to 6 weeks and i have called off my positions couple of times in between without reaching 200% theory as i am new and hv no experience and at expiry i lost money instead of earning premium. Very very useful explanation for me that upto which point i should not move back.

I just have one doubt in this video. I can understand instead of putting stoploss for direct trigger while ordering, we should only check premium at day end and take decision by manually selling if premium reaches 200%.

i always sell option Far OTM of Cash secured Put or Covered Call. However , most of the time at expiry they become ITM. i select strike price using support and resistance. Anantji, your explanations are awesome..But pls clarify why not to sell "deep out of money" option as they r always going to office expired. Understand the risk of not getting seller at your price ,but anyways it is deep out of money. So what is the risk other than this point.

Anant ji, I am having one more doubt. Why too much margin is required during option selling? What is calculation behind the option selling margin?
For example, in yesterday' Nifty 11500 CE call the premium was Rs. 74 and lot size was 75. So, total premium was Rs. 5550 per lot. But why the margin requirements are around Rs. 1.5 lakh? Can you please enlighten?
