Ariana Madix Recalls Scandoval Drama On 'DWTS'

- Ariana Madix is tangoing through the tough times! The "Vanderpump Rules" star hit the "Dancing with the Stars" ballroom during the 32nd season premiere on Tuesday to perform a fiery tango routine with her partner, Pasha Pashkov. Ahead of showing off her moves, Ariana reflected on the scandal surrounding her split from ex Tom Sandoval, who was having a months-long affair with her former co-star and BFF Raquel Leviss. "My life has been a roller coaster. My partner of nine years and my best friend were having an affair behind my back. Everybody got to watch it blow up on television. The scandal does not define me. Now I want to do something that's fun and positive. It's time for me to stand on my own two feet. I want to show other women none of that stuff has to hold you back," she said in her introduction. Ariana and Pasha performed a tango to Hailee Steinfeld's "Love Myself," and she rocked a sparkly version of the revenge dress she wore for the "Vanderpump Rules" season 10 reunion.

That's so funny. She has milked that "scandal". It really was not much of a scandal. Worse things happen. She had a sneaky affair with Tom to get him away from the girl he was with at the time. Then they were in basically a roommate relationship for the airtime, fame, money, opportunities, etc. She wanted to do her own thing and not really spend time with him, never showed affection, and was lowkey passive-aggressive towards him all the time. NO, no I don't like Tom, but she's no better. She used it as her intro for DWTS to gain sympathy and backing. She didn't have any of these opportunities before the scandal...the scandal got her a lot of money, fame, sympathy, opportunities, etc. If she doesn't want to be defined by it, stop bringing it up. Keep on milking it though Ariana. (Almost everyone I know, myself included, has been thru so much worse and just had to carry on... with no help, or commercials, or big $$$, etc. Put your big girl pants. She's long since been flaunting constant romantic pics with new guy proving she never had that relationship with Tom, so don't pretend otherwise.)

I’ve always thought 💭 she seemed more like a mastermind. She planned her initial relationship with Tom to get on VPR. When it had run it’s course she talked him into this Scandal idea, he went with it because he’s dim. Rachel was probably the real pawn ♟️ desperate and lonely hero worshiping them both. Thinking she found something with Tom…Everyone profited except Rachel…so yeah it was planned… she hooked up with a new BF real quick. Then America made her a hero for nothing more than something most people have gone through
@@ProfessorSetterby yep and they made Rachel, who is easily manipulated due to her childhood. I feel the worst for her cause she probably did have real feelings for Tom. Not that being the other woman is great, but when you’ve had as much childhood trauma as Rachel it’s so easy to be manipulated by others.

Not thrilled about the continuous digging and binging up Sandoval after she kept shutting it down. Like she said, it doesn’t define her, let the woman be her, and leave “he who shall not be named” out of it, like YOU said yourself.
