My explanation of why BG3 was up there for Mulitplayer game was because for such a complexe and dialogue heavy game they somehow made a multiplayers system that doesn't restrict the second player while also not completely breaking the game
While also doing it in a game that already takes in a sincerely impressive amount of player input and interactions without breaking. Doing it twice is wild.

I mean they fixed it and also redid a lot of the game to the point it could easily be a sequel. Redid a lot of the combat system, leveling system, also released a whole expansion that came with ANOTHER upgrade system/tree and region etc etc And the whole game was already in a fixed state by then. If they'd just fixed the bugs that were there when it came out and didn't provide support beyond that I'd be with you but lets not pretend all they did was make the game unbroken.

they seem to have gone past the point of just fixing the game now, theyre changing and improving things outside of the scope of bugs etc
