That separation and reunion for Mr. Kang is so emotional. We can feel his heart when he shared his story.. and also is sad for the Lieutenant because he also had a life with Leo in military years. Just so sad for Leo's second good bye with the Lieutenant but really happy he has another life as a nornal dog back in Mr. Kang's home. 😭❣So much feels. 😭😭😭

Put it simple Mr Kang was poor back then so he decide to return Leo back to the shop or place he got Leo but after his financial stable he came back to take Leo but at that time Leo already 'got a job as police dog' . So the only way he can get Leo back is waiting for Leo's retirement.
