As an African kiwi growing up in NZ was a dream come true. Its only once i saw other parts of the world that i understand how amazing our society was, and is. Its on was on repeat with my gang, we were all from different places but kiwi culture made us one. Nesian Mystic was the soundtrack to NZ in the 2000s. Saw the boys live with my family outside Imax in Aotearoa square, I blast this song all over the world baby!! We have so much talent, very little resources but all the heart in the world!! That's all you need at the end of the day mana baby!!
I grew up in the sticks on the East Coast. I won a CD player from a kids show called Pūkana. 1st 3 Cd's I owned was Major Flava4, a ripped Cd of mixed songs I stole from my cousin and the Polysaturated Album. I would hard out study all the lyrics that came with the album and flex on the school bus😂 good times❤
Me and my sister used to use Voice Memo on our iPods to record music because we couldn't afford to buy Music at the time and I loved Nesian Mystik. "You have your cappuccino, we on that cuppa tea" That was my life lol
