It's as easy as lowering the graphics, you can't expect a ps4 to be able to play at 60 fps with ultras graphics

Optimization who? That's nowhere to be found on Genshin for ps4.
Try to turn off motion blur and vsync and 720p that improve a lot

Putting it on 720p doesnt make a change as the game would still render 1080p.. but this does work on pc tho
