So you have done Diploma in India and you want to apply for Australian PR? How much work experience you have, as Diploma from India will not get any point,
if you have less than 8-10 years of experience then PR chances are almost zero, however you can come for studies

and if you want to apply for PR its tough as your degree is different so 4 years will be cut from your experience, and problem with Taxation accountants is the Cut-off is very high, around 95 points
So even if you grab 9 in IELTS, then if You are married (and if your wife scores 7 in IELTS or PTE), then additional 10 points, with that you can apply for 190 or 491 and you can get PR,
If you aren't married, then very very very difficult
