Btw the song at the beginning is "Internation Feel" (also "Le Feel Internacionale") off of Todd Rundgrens classic acid-damaged album "A Wizard, A True Star". Good stuff on there. If you need the chords for it I'm sure they are online in a bunch of places.

It's "International Feel" by Todd Rundgren, Lonerism was heavily inspired by that whole album.

you're definitely hearing his real voice, but that echo-y effect on it is just the delay. i don't think his voice has been pitch-corrected.
Like someone said in an article, Parker sounds like "John Lennon's voice from a day in the life stuck in a bottle and taught to sing new songs"

Just got the chill down my spine when the vocals kicked in. Very much in the same vein as John Lennon's vocals for 'A Day in the Life'... beautiful. Love this band.

I absolutely love this! First I thought the song actually started when the keyboard player started singing, but after that I just laughed. And the humbelness at the beginning!.. Missing the lyrics, and just sitting there. I can't explain in words how the song itself made me feel. Have a feel for yourself! CHEERS FROM NORWAY!!!

Celso Ons They are the definition of unique. But it IS very similar to the style of John Lennon from the 60s.
Celso Ons Why is it a big deal man? Is it so bad to be compared to The Beatles? A lot of bands are, and YES they sounds a lot like the psychedelic Beatles, and they keep being special and a very good band.
