      When I was trying to find meditations for myself on UA-cam I was finding 5 minute or 15+ minute videos. 5 minute was too short and 15 was too long, for me at least. So I started creating meditations in between those times. Just enough so I could fit a meditation thought in my busy day. Thanks for the comment.
