    1 cup Water
    ⅛ tsp Nutmeg (grated)
    ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
    1 tbsp Cashew Nuts (chopped)
    1 tbsp Raisins
    ½ cup Coconut Milk
    2)Jeeryache Varan : 00:36
    1 cup Toor Dal (soaked in water)
    3-4 Green Chillies (chopped)
    8-10 Curry Leaves
    1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    Water (as required)
    ¼ tsp Oil
    3)Pavtyacha bhat :- 01:20 , 04:47
    2 tsp Cumin Seeds
    10-12 Black Peppercorns
    2 tsp Oil
    1-inch Cinnamon Stick
    2 Bay Leaves
    1 tsp Mustard Seeds
    1 tsp Ginger (grated)
    8-10 Curry Leaves
    3-4 Green Chillies (chopped)
    ¼ tsp Asafoetida
    ½ cup Lima Beans
    ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
    1 tsp Goda Masala Powder
    2 tsp Dry Coconut (grated)
    1 cup White Rice (soaked)
    Salt (as per taste)
    1 tsp Jaggery (grated)
    1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
    1 cup Water
    4)Tondli chi Bhaji :- 03:31, 06:09
    2 tsp Oil
    1 tsp Mustard Seeds
    1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    7-8 Curry Leaves
    4-5 Green Chillies (chopped)
    1 tsp Ginger (grated)
    250 gms Ivy Gourd (chopped)
    ¼ tsp Asafoetida
    ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
    1 tsp Goda Masala Powder
    1 tsp Jaggery (grated)
    Salt (as per taste)
    2 tbsp Fresh Coconut (grated)
    1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
    2 tbsp Water
    5)Kelyachi Koshimbir :- 05:00
    1 cup Curd
    ¼ tsp Split Mustard Seeds
    2 Bananas
    1 tsp Sugar
    Salt (as per taste)
