Although our ancestors were from Tibet place known as roof of the world.....there is no denying .. ..but altitude sickness or dizyness would happen ..bcoz of change in the adaptation in our blood streams , lungs etc ... especially people like us who were born and grew up in India and its southern states we got so used to to those lower climatic condition and food down there ..... But I bliv the more we stay we get used to the beutiful Ladhaks altitude ...and ofcourse some other precautions and exercises needed too I bliv .... The Himalayans genes should be in every Tibetans blood .. It takes times to adapt. Best wishes Sista 🙏
