you could use the wheels with the technic pin you ould just have to move the connection to the car one stud inward or half using a jumper plate

you cant do it on cross wheels because it has only a single position while with a round hole it can fit in every position

If it’s just for display, you can follow this method but leave the stud pin off, and the cross wheels will fit on. But they won’t roll well and may be loose.
