I remember playing this a lot time ago. This a fun game. I also recommend it’s 94’ predecessor on the og gameboy

The reviewer talked about getting killed by the falling bricks, but you just need to do a handstand, then walk along. The bricks will then harmlessly bounce off Mario. People will obviously know this, but how on earth does the reviewer not know!
