مشروع عقاري بقيمة مليار درهم في رأس الخيمة

بقيمة 1 مليار درهم إماراتي، شركة مرجان ودبي للاستثمار توقعان اتفاقية لتطوير مشروع عقاري رائد في رأس الخيمة. يتكون المشروع من منتجع سياحي وسكن شاطئي ويقع في قلب جزيرة المرجان ليكون إضافة نوعية تعزز جاذبية القطاع السياحي في الإمارة وتوفر خيارات أكثر تميزاً لسكانها. يحدثنا المهندس عبدالله العبدولي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "مرجان" عن أهمية هذا المشروع.
A pioneering one billion dirham real estate development consisting of a tourist resort and beach residences is set to open in the heart of Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The result of an agreement between Marjan and Dubai Investments, the project will further promote Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism sector and offer yet another unmissable destination for residents in the Emirate. Ras Al Khaimah Government Media Office (RAKGMO) was established under Law No. (5) of 2018, issued by His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.
