So, Henry keeps going in the same story OVER AND OVER AND OVER again never stopping, with the same thing happening every time for ever. When he reaches “the end” the world ends and the ink machine resets and it starts all over again and it keeps going. Basically the end of chapter 5 was the beginning and how he got into it in the first place was from joeys apartment. During the past times he went through, he left himself messages telling and warning his future self not to keep going, because he knew it would keep going, right?
You may be correct but the part wear u said that the ending was a flashback it could be that he restarted again instead of it showing it as a flashback or it may even be both because a loop is no end or no beginning
I feel so bad for Henry... gets talked into going to a workshop he left 30 years ago by a old friend and getting stuck in the same loop over and over and over again that never ends and leaving his daughter and wife to try and fix this and (knowing that he's dead) can never see them again cuz your stuck in a cartoon reality that never ends that's really sad :(

Actually, Henry takes his daughter, (I dont remember her name) with him to visit Joey, while Henry is visiting, Joey asks Henry to go back to the old workshop. While Henry is gone, His daughter is with "uncle joey" and Joey is telling Henry's daughter all kinds of fictional stories about her father while he is gone at the workshop. In the end, all of the chapters that have been played through were stories that uncle Joey told Henry's Daughter. "Tell me more, uncle joey!" This explains what I have talked about....
Awesome Dude2 Joey was already a sick bastard for performing these experiments on his own employees and I highly doubt he sent Henry there only to just kill Bendy.

I feel like Henry was supposed to become the second bendy, similar to how Tom and Alison became Boris and Alice. Bendy was supposed to catch him in chapter 1, but couldn't because of the boards blocking him. Thus, Henry gets trapped in the cartoon world as the only non-ink human, which leads to bendy hunting him. The reason he respawns when he dies. is cause cartoon logic keeps him alive, but since he isn't a toon like the others, when the end plays, the machine can't stop it him in, so it just restarts. The only way for Henry to stop the loops, is to enter the smaller ink machine and become the next bendy, while in the bigger ink machine, and then play the end reel, which I think is what Joey tried to tell him in the audio log. then that would either end the loops and free everyone, or it would simply end, and their suffering would at least be over.
It seems that Henry was supposed to be the original bendy but never made it. Henry created these characters and loved them so he would be the perfect candidate for the bendy position.

Another detail I missed on my first playthrough was that, on his desk in his living room, Joey has the entire game storyboarded: from the Projectionist to Alice strapping Boris to the table. So I 100% agree that Joey was a liar who manipulated people into doing his twisted bidding, but I don't think he ever hoped Henry would stop Bendy for good. I think he had accepted that Bendy as the world knew him was over, but used the Cycle and its twisted origins to his advantage and perpetuated the loop in order to have new stories to tell. Each time Henry shows Bendy the End, that's a wrap on one cartoon... and the beginning of another.
Man, I'm 16 but the thought of being tricked by one of your oldest friends to go somewhere and getting trapped in an endless loop, taking you away from your wife and daughter gives me a bit of anxiety, and now your daughter is raised by the person that put her father in that trap in the first place and gets away with it...for now...
Interesting theory! I personally didn't think that the events of the game took place in an alternate reality; I thought it WAS in the normal reality, but the ink machine had just infected the entire studio to look all cartoony, on top of turning people into ink creations.
I have a theory of my own, well, more of an add on. When Joey finally dies, the loop ends. Everyone is freed. This is JOEY'S world. HIS studio. If he dies, the studio dies with it. It's that simple.
Well yeah since the studio Henry is trapped in is a cartoon reality, an idea that Joey made up it would make sense that that idea would die with him. Maybe Joey just wants the loop to go on for as long as possible because he's a sadistic psychopath

I think Henry and Joey are the same person with multiple personalities. The Henry personality was repressed 30 years ago so Joey could take over and build the empire. I think Joey drew is Henry’s pen name. Per your point...in his mind he still views Henry as the 20 year old because that is his last memory of himself.
If you hack into the room with the Ink Machine in Joey's apartment, you'll find a newspaper about Henry's death with the headline: "Local artist pushed too hard; found dead at desk"
I have an idea. What if all the dark ritual and stuffs are just Joey's imagination of his own misgiving during the studio's hayday, and no one actually died (at least in the studio), just was horribly exploited under Joey, but in Joey's imagination he think he is a human-killing ritualist? Coz afterwards we see Wally's and Allison's letter, which means in the real world they weren't transformed at all. At one point of the game I really thought Wally was drugged by the cake and thrown into the machine to create the first Boris, clearly happened while he was working at the workshop, but in fact later we see in Joey's house Wally's letter as an retired happy old man. So were Allison and Tom, who was put into the story by Joey probably because they were some sort of conscientious objector to Joey's nonsense. Now, whether Henry is alive or dead is not important. What really is important though, is the role of Henry in Joey's mind. I think the entire story is Joey mentally explaining away the eventual failure of the studio (evident by Allison and Wally's letters as well as the bankruptcy papers on the wall in Joey's house) and battling his own ambition and inability to accept the closure of the studio. So in a sense, Bendy actually IS Joey, or at least part of him. But in other parts of Joey's mind he wants closure, so he falls back to his memory of his old pal, who always "push him to do the right thing". This "Henry" is an avatar of Joey's mental effort to accept "the end" of his legacy. In Joey's mind, part of himself really IS the lier, traitor, exploiter of human (metaphorically transforming people into his ink monsters) etc. Put a crazy imagination filter on it, then we got dark ritualist killer Joey, when in real life he's probably just a greedy businessman and an egoistic jerk at worst. Now, if Henry is alive at that point, Joey probably invited him in to see the storyboard; if he is dead, then Joey is conversating with his imagination of Henry's spirit. Either way is plausible. The point is, the idea of "Bendy can't see the End" translates into the real world as "The ambitious and egoistic part of Joey can't accept the End of his Studio". By creating this story (hence the storyboard in his house) Joey is going through a process of killing that part of his psyche. But still, I agree with a huge part of your analysis, which is, Henry could very well be dead at the point of the story (or otherwise there won't be a coffin drawing on his bed). So are Bertrum, Grant, Lacie etc. But I think the reason their "coffin" appears in the studio is because at the point when the studio went bankrupt, they were all dead and Joey can't reconcile with them anymore (unlike Wally and Allison/Tom), so it's showing his regret of mistreating them in the past, including Henry.

Same thing with the chapter 1 and 3 easter eggs. There wasn't one for chapter 4 since it probably didn't have a set place it was in. There were multiple mini-ink machines, multiple places they could have been.

Check in joey drews apartment. In allisons note there is a mention for a SEQUEL and the cartoons joey had next to the tv are NOT the previous chapters. There is sammy with a shotgun and a monster alice angel. Maybe these are ideas for the next bendy and the ink machine game!

Maybe Henry looks like Bendy but no one (except Susie) remembered on what a human (means themselves) looks like. Henry (in his death loop) could very be the perfect "Bendy" that has been theorized. Sammy acts like Henry is Bendy in chapter 5. Maybe that is why we never see his face, because Henry may not have a reflection anymore since he is dead. And since Henry is, probably, the perfect "Bendy" he can travel through the ink without being swallowed or corrupted. The secret ink may be a special ability only Henry has in order to communicate with himself when he is reborn over and over again even though he cant remember it every time. The reason on why Ink "Bendy" seemingly saved him in Chapter 4 is to devour him in the End in order to become more powerful because Henry is "Bendy" with a soul and the Ink Demon (like most Demons in mythology) wants the soul of Henry. No other Ink being can satisfy or make him more powerful than Henry. Or maybe Henry did escape the studio but he fell into, probably, a coma and the game is his warped experience repeating itself over and over again, with the secret ink messages being his subconsciousness trying to wake himself up. But there will be more of Bendy and the ink Machine, a sequel may finally solve all the answers we still need to figure out on what exactly happened in the game. If there will be a sequel we may will be playing as Joey or as someone other. But this is just another Theory. It doesn't need to be true, it is just a nice Mind thought. Sorry for my grammar.
Maybe Perfect Bendy does exist. I think it is the bendy that keeps moving in the picture found in Chapter 1 update. He doesn't attack you either so this could of mean, that was the only perfect Bendy.

I think I know why were in a endless loop: *WE NEVER TURNED OFF THE MACHINE* Edit: haha big brain go *BRRRR* Quick question: we all know that turning off the machine may be a possible, but a very difficult feat to accomplish, but, can we *destroy it?* But if we could, how? The ink machine is huge as h e l l. Yeah, we could somehow destroy the smaller version -again, it could be very hard, almost impossible to do, but it could be possible.- But how do we destroy the larger version? This may be a stupid idea, but since everything is connected to the "the end" reel, like, when it plays, it resets everything, what if we destroy the reel instead. I always had this idea that if the reel were destroyed, the world could either just instantly dissapeared, or the studio could slowly crumble apart, somehow unlocking the exit all the way back at the surface, with a possible chance of setting everyone free.
Let's assume everything in the game is real. The Ink Machine got way out of control and created this horrible Bendy Hell inhabited by the souls of Joey Drew's former employees, now trapped in inky cartoon bodies. Henry ends the game with the final defeat of mutated Bendy, who has been terrorizing the other cartoon characters because he is frustrated and lost without his creator, Joey Drew, who has since fled the studio (I'm not sure how, bear with me). Bendy is fundamentally flawed without a soul of his own, and this drives him to mindlessly chase and kill everything in sight. Prior to the events of Chapter 5, Bendy is seen limping aimlessly through the halls of the studio, only coming after Henry when they cross paths or when his cutouts are broken (Alice Angel/Susie Campbell tells us he hates it when she does that). He has no story, no purpose. His creator abandoned him because he was a "weird abomination." But this creature wasn't always evil, as far as we know. Originally, Bendy just limped around Thomas Connor's office, before Joey discovered him and ordered Tom to lock him up so the press wouldn't see him. This harsh rejection and isolation drives Bendy to insanity. We never see Lacie Benton in the game and there are no hints of her death -- perhaps this was Bendy's first victim. Tom discovers the murder and tells Joey about it, which prompts Joey to kill Tom and throw him into the Machine to further avoid bad press. By now, Susie and Wally have also become cartoons (Susie through manipulation and Wally by poison [from the cake]), and without Tom to control him, Bendy begins to take over the studio. The Ink Machine is out of control and creating clones and monsters non-stop. Joey is defenseless in an increasingly inky hell he can't escape. So he hastily puts together the "The End," tapes and leaves the audio log for Henry Stein -- the only employee to have escaped Joey's deranged experiments -- to find later on. Henry was a part of the ritual of the Ink Machine, as evidenced by his inkwell in Chapter 1, and his soul effectually belongs to Joey and is intrinsically linked to the Machine and Bendy. With the other employees trapped in inky bodies and in constant danger of being "claimed" by the ink or destroyed by Bendy, no one else involved in the ritual can stop the Ink Demon. No one, except Henry. While Joey tracks down Henry for the next few decades, the cartoon characters within are constantly being claimed by the ink and reborn, "bits of [their] mind[s] swimming around like fish in a bowl" as Alice Angel describes in Chapter 3. Terrorized by both Bendy the Ink Demon and the insane perfectionist Susie Campbell (reborn into a grotesque, imperfect clone of Alice Angel), the Lost Ones and others like Wally, Tom, and Allison live in near-constant danger and fear. Until their rescuer finally returns: Henry Stein, the original creator of the Bendy character. Why Henry starts up the small ink machine...I honestly don't know. But it summons Bendy, who instinctually tries to kill Henry. Bendy later spares Henry, just once, for 2 reasons: 1) Henry is in the magical Little Miracle Station and that's just how the game works, 2) upon looking inside, he recognizes Henry, his true creator, and chooses to leave him alone, either out of recognition of authority or sheer curiosity at what he'll do next. Notice that in Chapter 5, Bendy's throne is built on an inky mound of projector heads -- the remnants of Norman Polk/The Projectionist killed and reborn, over and over. Bendy didn't kill the Projectionist with the aim of saving Henry -- he was tracking Henry down to kill him himself when he noticed the Projectionist, the one creature capable of showing him "The End." Bendy doesn't want an ending, he wants a story, a purpose, something he will unfortunately never have in his current condition. Later, Henry is killed and reborn, perhaps as perfect Bendy. Though this theory conflicts with the idea of being claimed by the ink, perhaps Henry has some kind of "chosen one" immunity because he wasn't killed in the outside world, but within the Ink Machine's world. This would explain why Tom doesn't trust Henry. He's not only grumpy to begin with, but he knows enough about the cartoon universe to understand that the Alice Angel character was meant to be a love interest for the Bendy character. Tom cares deeply for and is very protective of his Alice (Allision Pendleton) and thus bullies and eventually abandons Henry to save himself and his relationship (which wasn't in any real danger, honestly). Of course, Tom later trusts Henry after witnessing his confrontation with the reborn Sammy Lawrence (probably an "enemy of my enemy is my friend" sort of thing, because no one likes Sammy. Henry also proved himself to be quite brave and resourceful to make it to the docks by himself, something former engineer Tom would admire). Finally, Henry confronts his old creation, now the corrupted Ink Demon, and defeats him by finally putting an end to Bendy and the studio's horrible story. The Ink Demon's defeat supposedly destroys the timeline as we know it, and Henry discovers that his old friends have been happily married and retired for many years from the letters they've sent Joey Drew, who previously reached out to them. We're back at the moment Henry first agrees to enter the world of the studio, the moment Joey has been waiting for: to send a "savior" into the Machine and "set free" his employees once and for all. But because Henry died within, his soul is still trapped inside its world, and the Machine was never turned off. It is an entity of its own, after all, even without Bendy, its first creation. And so, Henry is pulled back into the reset loop of Bendy Hell, to "push a little harder," as Joey puts it, to finally set things right. Henry uses Tom's old creation and some kind of invisible ink to warn his future self of what's to come, hoping he can make it through the game and defeat Bendy for good. But he hasn't yet, and his memory is beginning to fade after all of these years of dying and being reborn, trying and failing. The question is: can Henry really set them free, when he's trapped himself? Just a theory :) EDIT: If you've gotten this far, thanks for reading! :)
so basically when joey says to check the studio, and you go there and notice an ink machine but you remember NOTHING. you just set it on because of 'curiousity' and oilah! bendy is REBORN!🎉 but you try to escape without turning the ink machine OFF, you just run away to the exit but its too late, you triggered the loop (again). you fall deeper into the studio untill you face bendy. when you play the 'the end' disc, it ends THAT universe, but because the ink machine is still on, it makes another universe, so another loop, another studio, another henry that explores the studio, another henry that activates another ink machine, etc. so you will never be 'free'
There's also a theory that the more the person worked on the character, the more stable the character. Maybe Joey tricked Henry hoping he will become Bendy.

I just have one problem with this theory - the fact that Henry came to the studio because he received a letter. It directly contradicts the assumption that Henry _visited_ Joey's house, and Joey _spoke_ to him and hence asked him to go to the studio. And doesn't it feel strange that Henry sent a picture to Joey congratulating him on his success - when Joey's company was falling into ruin? And we still have no explanation why some people like Allison think Henry is a savior, while others like Tom thought he was dangerous. Also if Henry was duped and brought into the studio and reincarnated just like Allison and Tom were, then why doesn't the ink affect him like it affects the others? I'm not entirely sure of what the truth is, but I'm pretty sure that Henry in the material world is dead. There's no other reason why a congratulatory message from him would be framed, unless it was in the memory of the sender. The theory I'm most fond of is a world where Henry is dead because Joey killed him, resenting him leaving behind the partnership and cartoon characters they had invested so much in. Like Allison and Tom, who also got successful jobs, he lured them back to the old studio and killed them, hoping to resurrect some cartoon characters with their souls. Henry is probably not a cartoon though, otherwise he'd definitely be overwhelmed by the ink, and couldn't defy Bendy. I do think Henry is stuck in a loop though, since while he's bringing closure to the cartoons of the studio he's unable to avenge the circumstances of his own death.
A: he visited Joey's house because of letter B: the game is a movie with Joey reflecting back on how bad he treated the workers and the success that Henry was talking about is the movie and the ink and the ink is a metaphor the movie was sort of to make amends
I'm pretty sure Tom hated Henry for a little while just cause he still had memories of his wife but since he couldn't talk, he couldn't explain anything to her. So with Henry showing up and Allison showing him affection he gets all jealous and possessive and is like "HEY u better stay the hell away from ma wife or else!"

Could explain why your health bar is indicated by ink I thought that Henry was a cartoon character just like the rest. How would a cartoon character know they were a cartoon if never told and cannot see themself. Notice how we never see any part of Henry, ever It also explains what happens when you die in the game

I wondered if Henry's name was a mix of Frankenstein and Henry Jekyll when I first heard his full name. That makes too much sense now that I think about it.🤔 That would make Bendy more like the Monster to Frankenstein and Hyde to Jekyll..... Maybe it's a coincidence.....🤷🏻♀️
My theory: Henry is stuck in a loop going over and over again. As you can see all the tally marks (if you use the device thing in ch 1) it's probabaly the counts of how many times he has been there again. All the writing might be his. He keeps reminding himself not to do the same mistake of turning on the machine. There was also the secret message of "i keep falling" which is true. As you can see all he does is get deeper and deeper into the studio he keeps falling unexpectedly. Henry is getting reset each time amd he can't leave the studio no matter how many time he has tried to free everyone from the ink as well which he failed once again and everyone were angered by that fact and called him traitor. I think Joey hopes that in one of the loops, Henry’s soul gets recycled into Bendy. Since Henry was the original creator of Bendy, Joey may believe only his soul can truly bring Bendy to life.
if they're both different realities then how come when Joey sends you to the workshop you're inside the workshop that means you're in the same reality and I mention which means his theory makes no sense

I think that when Henry died joey drew took his soul to create bendy so that is why bendy sometimes dosent attack him cause he remembers that it is himself and know he dosent want to be in this loop so bendy feels what he is feeling cause none of them want to be in this loop

This was a very well made theory video but I have to say the “Creator you Traitor” at 7:13 is in fact a direct reference of the BATIM Song by DAGames. Not a hidden message from a past Henry but rather an Easter egg from The Meatly.

Also the fact you know the song and some of its lyrics means that you must also see the similarities and agree as well that it is indeed a reference to DAGames song.
before watching this video: the ending is actually the beginning. if anything, joey sent the letter, henry visited the man and then he went or that letter was a paper memory before heading to the studio. my other thing is - henry was there to clean joey's mess. joey knows he messed up but can't right his wrongs because henry was there to fix it, so to fix a huge mistake, 'henry imma need you at the studio to kill your little devil darling real last' it has this other meaning to me, henry left waaay before the downfall of the studio, joey made sure henry was seeing it to its end. - also, joey had bendy locked up inside the vault for god knows how long! a soul cant connect to something without meaning so having to force or trick people into being characters was never going to work, susie had ties with alice but when she was talking about fixing it and mean joey, that cute and sweet part was twisted, so now you have a trick and angry woman wanting her part back. bendy was summoned by a ritual, no doubt someone didn't know what they were doing and a demon took hold of the ink, Bendy was a puppet in all this, only when henry had the key to destroy the demon did the cartoon disappear to reveal the 'true demon within'. dying and coming back is like reincarnation, some memories will stay, others...gone in the mist of death and rebirth. - or maybe joey is a child and is telling stories involving henry to put him through hell and back. no doubt if that was a story, he was a damn good one to have a child want another one, involving henry once again.
I don't think Bendy can be called a puppet. He was an uncontrollable abomination without a soul. He is the embodiment of the demonic and evil nature of the Ink Machine's power.

I think Henry became perfect Bendy by ending “Bendy”. Indeed, if the studio works like a cartoon, then it needs a protagonist and aside from Boris and Alice, the real protagonist that we didn’t yet see is Bendy. It’ll also explain how Henry can leave these secret message with glowing ink as he is the protagonist of this twisted story. Plus, it’ll explain WHY ON EARTH HENRY ACTIVATED THE INK MACHINE WITHOUT BEING TOLD SO. If he’s the protagonist, he needs a lore, so something needs to happen. Plus, his relationship with Connor Boris really makes me think of the relationship between Bendy and Boris in the cartoon, with Boris always antagonizing him (but that’s far fetched I’ll give you that).

Hey, I kinda came up with a theory of my own, and I kinda wanna share it. What if it isn't a time loop, but more of a flashback? I think that maybe the end where the giant monster bendy is destroyed is the true end, and I don't think the scene afterwards is a loop, but more of a describation of what happened before the end. So, I think all the events in the game happen in present time, but the events in the end where Henry is talking with Joey in person is more of a flashback. So I came up with a theory on WHY joey sent Henry to the workshop. I think that joey might have regretted making the ink demon, so he sent each of his workers to the workshop one by one each, but each time having the worker have the fate of either dying or falling prisoner to the ink and becoming an ink creature themself and being forced to hide or eventually going insane. So I feel joey might have sent Henry possibly knowing of his "abilities" and how he's able to handle falling from such a great height and being able to survive the ink without becoming an ink creature or going insane while having a feeling he could defeat the ink demon and free the workers from the ink, or at least the ones who haven't gone insane. And I actually have a sort of dark part of this theory on the part in the end with the child's voice. I think that Henry might have requested for Joey to take care of his child for him, since throughout the first chapter of the game, Henry doesn't once question where joey is [I don't feel like the line he says at the start counts, as he could have been talking to himself to prepaid for what he would see] suggesting that he might have known joey was not gonna come or be at the studio before him, and I think that possibly, through the events of the game, while joey is taking care of Henry's child, the child might have possibly been killed or passed away while joey was taking care of them [possibly either from an illness or a break in] so, and this is where the dark part comes in, joey might have felt so guilty for not being able to save Henry's child, that he used the ink machine seen in the other room of the cutscene to bring the child back to life, and while attempting to simply bring them back to life, they accidentally created the perfect bendy that they wanted. So when Henry returned after defeating the evil bendy, after seeing his child was turned into the thing he spent all those days trying to defeat, he simply accepted it and continued his life with his kid, since they were at least alive, seeing as in the cutscene at the end where the child voice is heard, it pans into a picture of bendy, boris, and Alice walking together, almost looking surprisingly close to a picture of a happy couple and their child. So the child saying "tell me another one uncle drew" could be the child after the events of the game learning about why they look the way they do. I came up with this theory since I noticed that the bendy in the show, or the bendy joey wanted to make, looked almost kind of like a small child and of course, the picture it pans into at the end with bendy, boris, and Alice looking really similar to how a picture of a happy family would look. I'm not an expert on theories, so forgive me if this theory seems ridiculous.
That's actually what I've thought when I saw the gameplay of the Chapter 5 (Or at least the first part of the theory) PD: Sorry if I wrote something wrong (Including this), I'm Argentinian and my english is bad.
This is actually fantastic. It doesn't really account for Henry's invisible ink, the nature of the lines clearly shows it is lore/canon meaning there IS a loop, but otherwise Henry's child, inviting others back to the studio all adds up. The only person we know for sure in the original ink experiment was Susie, and although others such as Bertrum, Lacie, Norman and Grant (they are the names on the coffins) are likely to have been there, Wally Thomas and Allison may have actually got out, only to become ink when invited back like Henry, which is why we don't see letters to Susie or the others mentioned before - they never left in the first place. Evidently the ink creatures were kept secret for a while but once the studio went bankrupt they would have started or already started crawling out of the woodworks. Maybe I'm wrong, the details in Joey's apartment (Little Miracle?) draw me towards the film theory, but that story just isn't as good is it?
Wow, I'm actually surprised my theory seems even plausible to you! Cool! Also, theirs actually an Extra part I just thought of, which is who the demon bendy used to be. I actually think that the demon bendy that hunts down Henry wasn't a normal worker when they were living, assuming the ink demon even was a worker before the events of the game, I think that the worker who became demon bendy was a worker who was used to take Henry's place when he left. Henry was the character designer for the studio, so when he left, they would need a replacement to design new characters. Joey probably chose a random worker to replace joey, and there is a chance that worker may have been metaphorically corrupted by the position they were put in, feeling like they could take Henry's place, being the new star of the show, or.. Being the new main character. When the ink machine was made, the worker may have thought they would have more power if they were made literally into the main character of the show, but the ink machine may not have worked correctly resulting in the worker becoming the monster bendy we see in the game. They may have stayed with their new look, but when Henry came back, they were so blinded by the power of their position [both figuratively and literally with the ink over the eyes] that when Henry came back, they thought they would be put back in obscurity, so they resulted to hunting down Henry any way they can to keep Henry from putting them back into obscurity even though nothing is left of the studio. And when the end plays on the screens, the worker may have started realizing that nothing was left of the studio making their position useless, thus it being "the end." [I know, it's probably weird I thought of another part months after the original comment is made]
@@cyanity1017 I hate to rain on your parade, but it's pretty much said throughout the Chapter 5 tapes that the Ink Demon doesn't have a soul - he is no-one but Bendy. The idea of reliving a cartoon over and over again also came to my mind when I played through the game. The only thing that might contradicts this is the changing date of the calendar next to Joey when you talk to him. Did anyone notice this? The date changes, but the month stays August.
There can be multiple endings, Henry gets everyones memories back in the studio. Henry sets the studio on fire. Henry fights the ink demon with a weapon, etc.

I don't believe the little voice is Henry's daughter or grandchild. Henry is in his 50's or 60's,meaning any of his children are adults,and I honestly can't believe Henry would just leave his grandchild with Joey. I think it's a Bendy made from that rusty Ink Machine,you can even hear inky noises right before the voice. And it would make sense that he called Joey "Uncle Joey" because Joey would technically be an uncle for Bendy since Henry would be more of a father.

This theory is really good, but if Henry was sacrificed and reborn into the cartoon world why is he still human? He can wade through the ink even in the cartoon world which other reborn characters like Alison, Tom or Alice can’t do.

Because Henry wasn't reborn through the ink machine, like Susie and Tom and isn't a lost one or a cartoon character. He died human, but being a Creator behind Joey Drew studios, can be revived by Bendy statues in the studio.
If the theory is correct that Henry is dead, and Sammy is know those "timelines" (let's just call that timeline) Sammy must trapped in this cartoonistic purgathory and he want's to escape from it. This is why he's saying: "You lied to me! You said I will be free!" So Sammy know that Henry is can reset those timelines, so Sammy thought that he can free him too. This is my theory,a dn I hope you like it SuperHorrorBro. Also I would be really happy, if theMeatly is doing on another chapter, when Sammy is the villain and not the Ink Demon (if my theory is correct).
So a couple things I noticed that seems no one else has commented on. First the river monster, in Chapter 4 in the research and development area, if you look up their is a giant Bendy hand hanging there, when you combine Lacie's tape to that in the same area stating that they move behind her back. So knowing this its possible the hand in the river originated from there!. Second I believe Henry is dead and his soul was used in the machine. If you look at all the ones that have audio logs -Joey Drew they all are dead and have been converted to a cartoon representation of them selves. I believe Henry is "good Bendy" they all call him Henry cause they have no memory just like Alice calls "Boris" Tom and same Alice does not know who she is. Also this is why Sammie recognizes Henry in chapter two but cant place him. Also in Chapter 5 when Sammie confronts Henry he says "you said you would set me free" well he always thought Bendy would set him free also why the lost one s are now angry at him, and my last bit of a clue is if you look closely at the story board on the desk in Joey's apartment you see a frame where Brute Boris is holding "good Bendy" looks very similar to the battle that Henry had with him there is also a frame of "good Bendy" holding the Tommy Gun and another frame of "good Bendy" looking to be writing something on the floor, hmm secret message for the tool maaabbbyy?? This for me tells Henry is the good bendy!!!! (its just a theory but its my thoughts so far) I have not figured out though why the ink wont swallow Henry or why he's different but I truly believe Henry is "good Bendy" SuperHorrorBro I want to thank you for your Bendy videos they really made me think and its why I was able to really think about what I saw in the game finding clues to things I may have missed so thank you for your Channel!!!!! Also if you look through the special tool during the Boris Battle it shows names above the portraits. I am guessing they represent developers that worked on the game :D , I found I had to die during the Brute Boris fight to get the tool to work. One last thought also on the story board their is a frame that has Beast Bendy holding the End Reel and the caption is "Bendy Wins" , is this the change that needs to happen?? do we need to some how let Beast Bendy destroy the end reel??
i think either you have to let demon bendy win like you said or that painting could back up the point that henry may be good bendy as it says "bendy wins" and sicne he is bendy and puts the reel in at the end or maybe for the next game it is saying he will win

Yet I still would consider her to be my sister in all but blood. Blood makes you related, loyalty makes you family. Nice! I only have one question: When Henry is in fact dead, wouldn't that mean he also has an "inky body"? Because I thought, he was the only one from the trio in chapter 5 who could "swim" through the ink, because of his human body. So can he really be dead? Idk, just a thought..😅😅
@@lizzy7364 it's because the characters in the game (Henry etc) are shown to be alive in the real world through the letter/photo in Joey's house. 2)In the end Joey's daughter even tells him to "tell another story". Soo all along the BATIM was just a tale. 3)Henry, the character we play in the game is a fictional char created by Joey inspired by his partner(Henry). 4) In the game it's also told that Henry is alive not dead, so his theory about Henry being a dead person is also wrong.
@Azuki, yes, but TheMeatly should have awnsered questions, I did not like it because I think that Joey was just telling Linda, (Henry’s daughter? From the tape) stories, I thought it would have been better, like Henry escapes (somehow) and sets everyone free, but that did not happen, they should have awnsered more questions.
This is my theory: So I believe Wally, Tom and Alison and Henry were the only workers who got out of the studio and the others are trapped, so when Joey gets a letter from them he realised they are not trapped in the studio and so he tells them to come to the studio in hope that they can defeat the ink demon and set the trapped workers free. Once Alison and Tom get there they get turned into Alice Angel and Boris by the ink demon and lose their memory Henry does not. I don't really like the loop theory if it's true I am a little bit disappointed
But there is a flaw in your theory, Henry doesn't remember everything until the end. We see this in a replay in chapter 1 with the Invisible ink finder that Henry had played through this story over 300 times. (Yes I counted up the tallies) So he wouldn't remember a promise that he made with Sammy in one of his previous incarnation cycles.
My theory for why Joey invited Henry was to make sure that no one from this other world escapes, Henry is what's keeping the loop going and is keeping Bendy at bay, preventing him from leaving the studio.
this is probably the best explanation there's lots of evidence, proof, and it explains so much i can't think of any contradictions i'm also excited to see the more in depth theories about this, and although it is completely up to interpretation, i don't think there's any theories that are better, so awesome job and thanks for making it more clear

I don’t believe there is a never ending loop. I believe that the final scene in Chapter 5 with Joey was simply just a flashback to what started Henry’s adventure in the first place.
I just wanted to point out the wheelchair in the corner of the kitchen where you see Joey, I’m guessing it refers to the wheelchair flashback Henry has... I didn’t hear you mention it sooooo just wanted to make sure you noticed :)
So, Henry keeps going in the same story OVER AND OVER AND OVER again never stopping, with the same thing happening every time for ever.
When he reaches “the end” the world ends and the ink machine resets and it starts all over again and it keeps going. Basically the end of chapter 5 was the beginning and how he got into it in the first place was from joeys apartment. During the past times he went through, he left himself messages telling and warning his future self not to keep going, because he knew it would keep going, right?
I think this storyline is pretty unique. And you dont see many horror games have this kind of storyline like bendy and the ink machine.
You may be correct but the part wear u said that the ending was a flashback it could be that he restarted again instead of it showing it as a flashback or it may even be both because a loop is no end or no beginning

Actually, Henry takes his daughter, (I dont remember her name) with him to visit Joey, while Henry is visiting, Joey asks Henry to go back to the old workshop. While Henry is gone, His daughter is with "uncle joey" and Joey is telling Henry's daughter all kinds of fictional stories about her father while he is gone at the workshop. In the end, all of the chapters that have been played through were stories that uncle Joey told Henry's Daughter. "Tell me more, uncle joey!" This explains what I have talked about....

I feel like Henry was supposed to become the second bendy, similar to how Tom and Alison became Boris and Alice. Bendy was supposed to catch him in chapter 1, but couldn't because of the boards blocking him. Thus, Henry gets trapped in the cartoon world as the only non-ink human, which leads to bendy hunting him. The reason he respawns when he dies. is cause cartoon logic keeps him alive, but since he isn't a toon like the others, when the end plays, the machine can't stop it him in, so it just restarts. The only way for Henry to stop the loops, is to enter the smaller ink machine and become the next bendy, while in the bigger ink machine, and then play the end reel, which I think is what Joey tried to tell him in the audio log. then that would either end the loops and free everyone, or it would simply end, and their suffering would at least be over.

Another detail I missed on my first playthrough was that, on his desk in his living room, Joey has the entire game storyboarded: from the Projectionist to Alice strapping Boris to the table. So I 100% agree that Joey was a liar who manipulated people into doing his twisted bidding, but I don't think he ever hoped Henry would stop Bendy for good. I think he had accepted that Bendy as the world knew him was over, but used the Cycle and its twisted origins to his advantage and perpetuated the loop in order to have new stories to tell. Each time Henry shows Bendy the End, that's a wrap on one cartoon... and the beginning of another.
Man, I'm 16 but the thought of being tricked by one of your oldest friends to go somewhere and getting trapped in an endless loop, taking you away from your wife and daughter gives me a bit of anxiety, and now your daughter is raised by the person that put her father in that trap in the first place and gets away with it...for now...

Interesting theory! I personally didn't think that the events of the game took place in an alternate reality; I thought it WAS in the normal reality, but the ink machine had just infected the entire studio to look all cartoony, on top of turning people into ink creations.
I have a theory of my own, well, more of an add on. When Joey finally dies, the loop ends. Everyone is freed. This is JOEY'S world. HIS studio. If he dies, the studio dies with it. It's that simple.
Well yeah since the studio Henry is trapped in is a cartoon reality, an idea that Joey made up it would make sense that that idea would die with him. Maybe Joey just wants the loop to go on for as long as possible because he's a sadistic psychopath

What if all the dark ritual and stuffs are just Joey's imagination of his own misgiving during the studio's hayday, and no one actually died (at least in the studio), just was horribly exploited under Joey, but in Joey's imagination he think he is a human-killing ritualist? Coz afterwards we see Wally's and Allison's letter, which means in the real world they weren't transformed at all. At one point of the game I really thought Wally was drugged by the cake and thrown into the machine to create the first Boris, clearly happened while he was working at the workshop, but in fact later we see in Joey's house Wally's letter as an retired happy old man. So were Allison and Tom, who was put into the story by Joey probably because they were some sort of conscientious objector to Joey's nonsense.
Now, whether Henry is alive or dead is not important. What really is important though, is the role of Henry in Joey's mind. I think the entire story is Joey mentally explaining away the eventual failure of the studio (evident by Allison and Wally's letters as well as the bankruptcy papers on the wall in Joey's house) and battling his own ambition and inability to accept the closure of the studio. So in a sense, Bendy actually IS Joey, or at least part of him. But in other parts of Joey's mind he wants closure, so he falls back to his memory of his old pal, who always "push him to do the right thing". This "Henry" is an avatar of Joey's mental effort to accept "the end" of his legacy. In Joey's mind, part of himself really IS the lier, traitor, exploiter of human (metaphorically transforming people into his ink monsters) etc. Put a crazy imagination filter on it, then we got dark ritualist killer Joey, when in real life he's probably just a greedy businessman and an egoistic jerk at worst.
Now, if Henry is alive at that point, Joey probably invited him in to see the storyboard; if he is dead, then Joey is conversating with his imagination of Henry's spirit. Either way is plausible. The point is, the idea of "Bendy can't see the End" translates into the real world as "The ambitious and egoistic part of Joey can't accept the End of his Studio". By creating this story (hence the storyboard in his house) Joey is going through a process of killing that part of his psyche.
But still, I agree with a huge part of your analysis, which is, Henry could very well be dead at the point of the story (or otherwise there won't be a coffin drawing on his bed). So are Bertrum, Grant, Lacie etc. But I think the reason their "coffin" appears in the studio is because at the point when the studio went bankrupt, they were all dead and Joey can't reconcile with them anymore (unlike Wally and Allison/Tom), so it's showing his regret of mistreating them in the past, including Henry.

Maybe Henry looks like Bendy but no one (except Susie) remembered on what a human (means themselves) looks like. Henry (in his death loop) could very be the
perfect "Bendy" that has been theorized. Sammy acts like Henry is Bendy in chapter 5. Maybe that is why we never see his face, because Henry may not have a reflection anymore since he is dead. And since Henry is, probably, the perfect "Bendy" he can travel through the ink without being swallowed or corrupted. The secret ink may be a special ability only Henry has in order to communicate with himself when he is reborn over and over again even though he cant remember it every time.
The reason on why Ink "Bendy" seemingly saved him in Chapter 4 is to devour him in the End in order to become more powerful because Henry is "Bendy" with a soul
and the Ink Demon (like most Demons in mythology) wants the soul of Henry. No other Ink being can satisfy or make him more powerful than Henry.
Or maybe Henry did escape the studio but he fell into, probably, a coma and the game is his warped experience repeating itself over and over again, with the secret ink
messages being his subconsciousness trying to wake himself up.
But there will be more of Bendy and the ink Machine, a sequel may finally solve all the answers we still need to figure out on what exactly happened in the game. If there will be a sequel we may will be playing as Joey or as someone other.
But this is just another Theory. It doesn't need to be true, it is just a nice Mind thought.

This may be a stupid idea, but since everything is connected to the "the end" reel, like, when it plays, it resets everything, what if we destroy the reel instead. I always had this idea that if the reel were destroyed, the world could either just instantly dissapeared, or the studio could slowly crumble apart, somehow unlocking the exit all the way back at the surface, with a possible chance of setting everyone free.

Let's assume everything in the game is real. The Ink Machine got way out of control and created this horrible Bendy Hell inhabited by the souls of Joey Drew's former employees, now trapped in inky cartoon bodies. Henry ends the game with the final defeat of mutated Bendy, who has been terrorizing the other cartoon characters because he is frustrated and lost without his creator, Joey Drew, who has since fled the studio (I'm not sure how, bear with me). Bendy is fundamentally flawed without a soul of his own, and this drives him to mindlessly chase and kill everything in sight. Prior to the events of Chapter 5, Bendy is seen limping aimlessly through the halls of the studio, only coming after Henry when they cross paths or when his cutouts are broken (Alice Angel/Susie Campbell tells us he hates it when she does that). He has no story, no purpose. His creator abandoned him because he was a "weird abomination." But this creature wasn't always evil, as far as we know. Originally, Bendy just limped around Thomas Connor's office, before Joey discovered him and ordered Tom to lock him up so the press wouldn't see him.
This harsh rejection and isolation drives Bendy to insanity. We never see Lacie Benton in the game and there are no hints of her death -- perhaps this was Bendy's first victim. Tom discovers the murder and tells Joey about it, which prompts Joey to kill Tom and throw him into the Machine to further avoid bad press. By now, Susie and Wally have also become cartoons (Susie through manipulation and Wally by poison [from the cake]), and without Tom to control him, Bendy begins to take over the studio. The Ink Machine is out of control and creating clones and monsters non-stop. Joey is defenseless in an increasingly inky hell he can't escape. So he hastily puts together the "The End," tapes and leaves the audio log for Henry Stein -- the only employee to have escaped Joey's deranged experiments -- to find later on. Henry was a part of the ritual of the Ink Machine, as evidenced by his inkwell in Chapter 1, and his soul effectually belongs to Joey and is intrinsically linked to the Machine and Bendy. With the other employees trapped in inky bodies and in constant danger of being "claimed" by the ink or destroyed by Bendy, no one else involved in the ritual can stop the Ink Demon. No one, except Henry.
While Joey tracks down Henry for the next few decades, the cartoon characters within are constantly being claimed by the ink and reborn, "bits of [their] mind[s] swimming around like fish in a bowl" as Alice Angel describes in Chapter 3. Terrorized by both Bendy the Ink Demon and the insane perfectionist Susie Campbell (reborn into a grotesque, imperfect clone of Alice Angel), the Lost Ones and others like Wally, Tom, and Allison live in near-constant danger and fear. Until their rescuer finally returns: Henry Stein, the original creator of the Bendy character. Why Henry starts up the small ink machine...I honestly don't know. But it summons Bendy, who instinctually tries to kill Henry. Bendy later spares Henry, just once, for 2 reasons: 1) Henry is in the magical Little Miracle Station and that's just how the game works, 2) upon looking inside, he recognizes Henry, his true creator, and chooses to leave him alone, either out of recognition of authority or sheer curiosity at what he'll do next. Notice that in Chapter 5, Bendy's throne is built on an inky mound of projector heads -- the remnants of Norman Polk/The Projectionist killed and reborn, over and over. Bendy didn't kill the Projectionist with the aim of saving Henry -- he was tracking Henry down to kill him himself when he noticed the Projectionist, the one creature capable of showing him "The End." Bendy doesn't want an ending, he wants a story, a purpose, something he will unfortunately never have in his current condition.
Later, Henry is killed and reborn, perhaps as perfect Bendy. Though this theory conflicts with the idea of being claimed by the ink, perhaps Henry has some kind of "chosen one" immunity because he wasn't killed in the outside world, but within the Ink Machine's world. This would explain why Tom doesn't trust Henry. He's not only grumpy to begin with, but he knows enough about the cartoon universe to understand that the Alice Angel character was meant to be a love interest for the Bendy character. Tom cares deeply for and is very protective of his Alice (Allision Pendleton) and thus bullies and eventually abandons Henry to save himself and his relationship (which wasn't in any real danger, honestly). Of course, Tom later trusts Henry after witnessing his confrontation with the reborn Sammy Lawrence (probably an "enemy of my enemy is my friend" sort of thing, because no one likes Sammy. Henry also proved himself to be quite brave and resourceful to make it to the docks by himself, something former engineer Tom would admire).
Finally, Henry confronts his old creation, now the corrupted Ink Demon, and defeats him by finally putting an end to Bendy and the studio's horrible story. The Ink Demon's defeat supposedly destroys the timeline as we know it, and Henry discovers that his old friends have been happily married and retired for many years from the letters they've sent Joey Drew, who previously reached out to them. We're back at the moment Henry first agrees to enter the world of the studio, the moment Joey has been waiting for: to send a "savior" into the Machine and "set free" his employees once and for all. But because Henry died within, his soul is still trapped inside its world, and the Machine was never turned off. It is an entity of its own, after all, even without Bendy, its first creation. And so, Henry is pulled back into the reset loop of Bendy Hell, to "push a little harder," as Joey puts it, to finally set things right. Henry uses Tom's old creation and some kind of invisible ink to warn his future self of what's to come, hoping he can make it through the game and defeat Bendy for good. But he hasn't yet, and his memory is beginning to fade after all of these years of dying and being reborn, trying and failing. The question is: can Henry really set them free, when he's trapped himself?

so basically when joey says to check the studio, and you go there and notice an ink machine but you remember NOTHING. you just set it on because of 'curiousity' and oilah! bendy is REBORN!🎉 but you try to escape without turning the ink machine OFF, you just run away to the exit but its too late, you triggered the loop (again). you fall deeper into the studio untill you face bendy. when you play the 'the end' disc, it ends THAT universe, but because the ink machine is still on, it makes another universe, so another loop, another studio, another henry that explores the studio, another henry that activates another ink machine, etc. so you will never be 'free'

I just have one problem with this theory - the fact that Henry came to the studio because he received a letter. It directly contradicts the assumption that Henry _visited_ Joey's house, and Joey _spoke_ to him and hence asked him to go to the studio.
And doesn't it feel strange that Henry sent a picture to Joey congratulating him on his success - when Joey's company was falling into ruin?
And we still have no explanation why some people like Allison think Henry is a savior, while others like Tom thought he was dangerous. Also if Henry was duped and brought into the studio and reincarnated just like Allison and Tom were, then why doesn't the ink affect him like it affects the others?
I'm not entirely sure of what the truth is, but I'm pretty sure that Henry in the material world is dead. There's no other reason why a congratulatory message from him would be framed, unless it was in the memory of the sender.
The theory I'm most fond of is a world where Henry is dead because Joey killed him, resenting him leaving behind the partnership and cartoon characters they had invested so much in. Like Allison and Tom, who also got successful jobs, he lured them back to the old studio and killed them, hoping to resurrect some cartoon characters with their souls. Henry is probably not a cartoon though, otherwise he'd definitely be overwhelmed by the ink, and couldn't defy Bendy.
I do think Henry is stuck in a loop though, since while he's bringing closure to the cartoons of the studio he's unable to avenge the circumstances of his own death.

I'm pretty sure Tom hated Henry for a little while just cause he still had memories of his wife but since he couldn't talk, he couldn't explain anything to her. So with Henry showing up and Allison showing him affection he gets all jealous and possessive and is like "HEY u better stay the hell away from ma wife or else!"

My theory: Henry is stuck in a loop going over and over again. As you can see all the tally marks (if you use the device thing in ch 1) it's probabaly the counts of how many times he has been there again. All the writing might be his. He keeps reminding himself not to do the same mistake of turning on the machine. There was also the secret message of "i keep falling" which is true. As you can see all he does is get deeper and deeper into the studio he keeps falling unexpectedly. Henry is getting reset each time amd he can't leave the studio no matter how many time he has tried to free everyone from the ink as well which he failed once again and everyone were angered by that fact and called him traitor.

I think Joey hopes that in one of the loops, Henry’s soul gets recycled into Bendy. Since Henry was the original creator of Bendy, Joey may believe only his soul can truly bring Bendy to life.

before watching this video: the ending is actually the beginning. if anything, joey sent the letter, henry visited the man and then he went or that letter was a paper memory before heading to the studio. my other thing is - henry was there to clean joey's mess. joey knows he messed up but can't right his wrongs because henry was there to fix it, so to fix a huge mistake, 'henry imma need you at the studio to kill your little devil darling real last' it has this other meaning to me, henry left waaay before the downfall of the studio, joey made sure henry was seeing it to its end. - also, joey had bendy locked up inside the vault for god knows how long! a soul cant connect to something without meaning so having to force or trick people into being characters was never going to work, susie had ties with alice but when she was talking about fixing it and mean joey, that cute and sweet part was twisted, so now you have a trick and angry woman wanting her part back. bendy was summoned by a ritual, no doubt someone didn't know what they were doing and a demon took hold of the ink, Bendy was a puppet in all this, only when henry had the key to destroy the demon did the cartoon disappear to reveal the 'true demon within'. dying and coming back is like reincarnation, some memories will stay, others...gone in the mist of death and rebirth. - or maybe joey is a child and is telling stories involving henry to put him through hell and back. no doubt if that was a story, he was a damn good one to have a child want another one, involving henry once again.

I think Henry became perfect Bendy by ending “Bendy”. Indeed, if the studio works like a cartoon, then it needs a protagonist and aside from Boris and Alice, the real protagonist that we didn’t yet see is Bendy. It’ll also explain how Henry can leave these secret message with glowing ink as he is the protagonist of this twisted story. Hey, I kinda came up with a theory of my own, and I kinda wanna share it. What if it isn't a time loop, but more of a flashback? I think that maybe the end where the giant monster bendy is destroyed is the true end, and I don't think the scene afterwards is a loop, but more of a describation of what happened before the end. So, I think all the events in the game happen in present time, but the events in the end where Henry is talking with Joey in person is more of a flashback. So I came up with a theory on WHY joey sent Henry to the workshop. I think that joey might have regretted making the ink demon, so he sent each of his workers to the workshop one by one each, but each time having the worker have the fate of either dying or falling prisoner to the ink and becoming an ink creature themself and being forced to hide or eventually going insane. So I feel joey might have sent Henry possibly knowing of his "abilities" and how he's able to handle falling from such a great height and being able to survive the ink without becoming an ink creature or going insane while having a feeling he could defeat the ink demon and free the workers from the ink, or at least the ones who haven't gone insane. And I actually have a sort of dark part of this theory on the part in the end with the child's voice. I think that Henry might have requested for Joey to take care of his child for him, since throughout the first chapter of the game, Henry doesn't once question where joey is [I don't feel like the line he says at the start counts, as he could have been talking to himself to prepaid for what he would see] suggesting that he might have known joey was not gonna come or be at the studio before him, and I think that possibly, through the events of the game, while joey is taking care of Henry's child, the child might have possibly been killed or passed away while joey was taking care of them [possibly either from an illness or a break in] so, and this is where the dark part comes in, joey might have felt so guilty for not being able to save Henry's child, that he used the ink machine seen in the other room of the cutscene to bring the child back to life, and while attempting to simply bring them back to life, they accidentally created the perfect bendy that they wanted. So when Henry returned after defeating the evil bendy, after seeing his child was turned into the thing he spent all those days trying to defeat, he simply accepted it and continued his life with his kid, since they were at least alive, seeing as in the cutscene at the end where the child voice is heard, it pans into a picture of bendy, boris, and Alice walking together, almost looking surprisingly close to a picture of a happy couple and their child. So the child saying "tell me another one uncle drew" could be the child after the events of the game learning about why they look the way they do. I came up with this theory since I noticed that the bendy in the show, or the bendy joey wanted to make, looked almost kind of like a small child and of course, the picture it pans into at the end with bendy, boris, and Alice looking really similar to how a picture of a happy family would look. I'm not an expert on theories, so forgive me if this theory seems ridiculous.

This is actually fantastic. It doesn't really account for Henry's invisible ink, the nature of the lines clearly shows it is lore/canon meaning there IS a loop, but otherwise Henry's child, inviting others back to the studio all adds up. The only person we know for sure in the original ink experiment was Susie, and although others such as Bertrum, Lacie, Norman and Grant (they are the names on the coffins) are likely to have been there, Wally Thomas and Allison may have actually got out, only to become ink when invited back like Henry, which is why we don't see letters to Susie or the others mentioned before - they never left in the first place. Evidently the ink creatures were kept secret for a while but once the studio went bankrupt they would have started or already started crawling out of the woodworks. Maybe I'm wrong, the details in Joey's apartment (Little Miracle?) draw me towards the film theory, but that story just isn't as good is it?

Also, theirs actually an Extra part I just thought of, which is who the demon bendy used to be. I actually think that the demon bendy that hunts down Henry wasn't a normal worker when they were living, assuming the ink demon even was a worker before the events of the game, I think that the worker who became demon bendy was a worker who was used to take Henry's place when he left. Henry was the character designer for the studio, so when he left, they would need a replacement to design new characters. Joey probably chose a random worker to replace joey, and there is a chance that worker may have been metaphorically corrupted by the position they were put in, feeling like they could take Henry's place, being the new star of the show, or.. Being the new main character. When the ink machine was made, the worker may have thought they would have more power if they were made literally into the main character of the show, but the ink machine may not have worked correctly resulting in the worker becoming the monster bendy we see in the game. They may have stayed with their new look, but when Henry came back, they were so blinded by the power of their position [both figuratively and literally with the ink over the eyes] that when Henry came back, they thought they would be put back in obscurity, so they resulted to hunting down Henry any way they can to keep Henry from putting them back into obscurity even though nothing is left of the studio. And when the end plays on the screens, the worker may have started realizing that nothing was left of the studio making their position useless, thus it being "the end." [I know, it's probably weird I thought of another part months after the original comment is made]
@@cyanity1017 I hate to rain on your parade, but it's pretty much said throughout the Chapter 5 tapes that the Ink Demon doesn't have a soul - he is no-one but Bendy. Then again, something could've happened in the meantime.....who knows. It's just not hinted at.

I don't believe the little voice is Henry's daughter or grandchild. Henry is in his 50's or 60's,meaning any of his children are adults,and I honestly can't believe Henry would just leave his grandchild with Joey.
I think it's a Bendy made from that rusty Ink Machine,you can even hear inky noises right before the voice. And it would make sense that he called Joey "Uncle Joey" because Joey would technically be an uncle for Bendy since Henry would be more of a father.

So a couple things I noticed that seems no one else has commented on. First the river monster, in Chapter 4 in the research and development area, if you look up their is a giant Bendy hand hanging there, when you combine Lacie's tape to that in the same area stating that they move behind her back. So knowing this its possible the hand in the river originated from there!. Second I believe Henry is dead and his soul was used in the machine. If you look at all the ones that have audio logs -Joey Drew they all are dead and have been converted to a cartoon representation of them selves. I believe Henry is "good Bendy" they all call him Henry cause they have no memory just like Alice calls "Boris" Tom and same Alice does not know who she is. Also this is why Sammie recognizes Henry in chapter two but cant place him. Also in Chapter 5 when Sammie confronts Henry he says "you said you would set me free" well he always thought Bendy would set him free also why the lost one s are now angry at him, and my last bit of a clue is if you look closely at the story board on the desk in Joey's apartment you see a frame where Brute Boris is holding "good Bendy" looks very similar to the battle that Henry had with him there is also a frame of "good Bendy" holding the Tommy Gun and another frame of "good Bendy" looking to be writing something on the floor, hmm secret message for the tool maaabbbyy?? This for me tells Henry is the good bendy!!!! (its just a theory but its my thoughts so far) I have not figured out though why the ink wont swallow Henry or why he's different but I truly believe Henry is "good Bendy" SuperHorrorBro I want to thank you for your Bendy videos they really made me think and its why I was able to really think about what I saw in the game finding clues to things I may have missed so thank you for your Channel!!!!! Also if you look through the special tool during the Boris Battle it shows names above the portraits. I am guessing they represent developers that worked on the game :D , I found I had to die during the Brute Boris fight to get the tool to work. One last thought also on the story board their is a frame that has Beast Bendy holding the End Reel and the caption is "Bendy Wins" , is this the change that needs to happen?? do we need to some how let Beast Bendy destroy the end reel??

3)Henry, the character we play in the game is a fictional char created by Joey inspired by his partner(Henry).
4) In the game it's also told that Henry is alive not dead, so his theory about Henry being a dead person is also wrong.

This is my theory:
So I believe Wally, Tom and Alison and Henry were the only workers who got out of the studio and the others are trapped, so when Joey gets a letter from them he realised they are not trapped in the studio and so he tells them to come to the studio in hope that they can defeat the ink demon and set the trapped workers free. Once Alison and Tom get there they get turned into Alice Angel and Boris by the ink demon and lose their memory Henry does not. I don't really like the loop theory if it's true I am a little bit disappointed
But there is a flaw in your theory, Henry doesn't remember everything until the end. We see this in a replay in chapter 1 with the Invisible ink finder that Henry had played through this story over 300 times. (Yes I counted up the tallies) So he wouldn't remember a promise that he made with Sammy in one of his previous incarnation cycles.

My theory for why Joey invited Henry was to make sure that no one from this other world escapes, Henry is what's keeping the loop going and is keeping Bendy at bay, preventing him from leaving the studio.
