Just got injections in my spine and had a Rhizotomy done couple weeks ago. Was in the yard rough housing and playing Frisbee with my dog yesterday for first time in almost 3 years. Your right Pigeons, nothing better than the outdoors
great show, never let your plants sit and reuptake their runoff and go lighter on the nutes motto fixed 90% of my problems. When something is wrong I flush a half to a full gallon and that helps also if Ive overdid it.
I always push nutrients until I get a bit of burn on the very tip. About a sixteenth to an eighth of an inch. That tells me I am reading all she can take. Good show guys.
military calcium made here last night... instead of eggshells with vinegar i used eggshells with hydrochloric acid...... its even used on roads to prevent icing its so powerful....
It's usually always a root issue or a light or environment issue. Which using one word it's your environment and should check that in before just adding more nutrients. I don't care if you've been growing for 30 years when you pop a seed this is your first grow.😊
Second run with leds burned my pants with the light died it down it's bouncing back. learning leds. have experience with hid. I'm loving learning a new style.
I didn't know dat Chris wrote a book. That's so cool, I mean he knows his stuff. Also: frigging crazy that I can order it in Germany, I like the reality we live in :3
Your Leaf veins that runs in the center of the leaf should be green, if your later in flower and your veins are green your fine even if your yellowing, if that vein is not green in veg and stretch thru mid flower somethings wrong, its the easiest way to read my plant, atleast for me.
I just experimented with how much Dolimite and/or Gypsum that small plants can handle. I have found that it is very easy to create a calcium toxicity in too much applied. Yellow of the leaves occur in early veg
So, is specifically the color yellow important because it's a universal indicator of plant sickness/weakness? Is that why Google, numerous botanists I read, the people who make "sticky traps" as well as the research says yellow specifically attracts the most bugs/pests? Great episode.
16:23 ok guys what he meant by hot soil was it hasn’t broken down all the way and yes it’s warm to the touch. The only thing you can do with “Hot” soil is to mix it with inert soil that doesn’t have nutrients or put the “hot/high nuts” soil on the outside of the pot and put the inert soil in the middle. That’s my opinion of why he was saying hot but don’t know how to say it.
So let's say my plants are sick and they're not drinking enough but I think that they're nitrogen deficient. So I don't overwater would you suggest a fish fertilizer foliar spray?
I’ll use my jewelers loop and camera attachments for scanning the underside of leaves for spider mites. I have over 60 houseplants and had an annoying ass winter with spider mites.
@@diezelvh4133 oh lort that’s intense. I got rid of them using a mix of peroxide alcohol dr bronners peppermint soap and some tea tree. It smelled great too. It just took a lot of time because I washed off every plant a few times
I think if you are doing organics and your pots are 10 gallon or bigger and you have enough organics its light or ph thats making leaf yellow i don't have problems after you dial your lights in and water in you should be right
Nutrient lockout due to overabundance of nutrients or salt build ups, poor watering practices, or wild ph swings can all lead to yellowing. When in doubt, pay for a soil test. Well worth it.
You always should start with a good foundation aka soil build up a soil that has a good variety of different types of npk plus micro nutrients into your soil you shouldn't have any problems
Ill be that guy, i seem to run into yellowing alot and it advances quicktly i to dead brown leaves , outside /inside grown happens to both, use gg organics blend , it will literally eat the plant alive from the vottom up inclusing any buds
The main thing is to get to a comfortable enough place to just ignore the yellow. Kind of like when I asked my repair shop owner family member about a dash light on my old truck. Answer, put some duct tape over the light. You guys should have an episode where you talk about the ugliest sickest looking plant you grew that ended up being fire. Sometimes I think that I treat my plants so poorly that it causes them to kick into a natural defense mechanism that makes the smoke 10x better. I tell a better story than the reality and do pretty good at keeping them happy. Nevertheless, if we were to admit we’ve probably all been amazed by some ugly plants.
Yall never mention temperature of your water. Ph it as perfect as you want. Water below room temperature where your plants are at will do all types of strange things to it you though was a nitrogen and ph issue

These in-person episodes are the best, boys. Cheers from MN!
Yeeha
Brooklyn Center. Mn represent!

Nutrients have little if any effect on leaf tips. It's a fable. Burnt tips DOES NOT mean you're feeding to the max.
Drybacks highly effect ec levels in the media. A high ec spike will burn tips even without "being too high"
You boys were extra toasted today! Ha, Love it. Thanks for the knowledge guys. Keep up the great work.
P…”ask mr grow it”😂😂😂😂great show boys🤘✌️
The first thing to add is almost always a balanced Calmag. Bloom city contains most of the micros, N, Mg, and Ca.
My bloom city also has iron in it great product. I foliar spray my cal/mag seems to work a little faster. Pores on the leafs and all.
@@scottyoung7852 I totally agree and also use it for foliar in Veg. I lean off during flower but it's still useful in the soil/coco.
Dry as a “popcorn fart” 😆 i thought i was the only one that said that 😆
If you want Nitrogen straight away in organics, you make it in to a tea , simple.

19:05 That shit hit me as hard as the bowl i was hitting lmfao
Super show guys !! This is my favorite From the Stash yet. Thanks fellas

I'm in the boxing gym weekly, usually stoned 😂

Great episode.
The info in this interview is amazing 1 luv from Ohio!! Keep growing keep smoking
A wise and admittedly, rude person once said too much light too many nutrients or too much water is 90% of the cause of anything.

Very good to know 🤩
Keep up the good Work 👍
Greetings from Germany 🦅
Another great episode.
So let's say my plants are sick and they're not drinking enough but I think that they're nitrogen deficient. So I don't overwater would you suggest a fish fertilizer foliar spray?
Nitrogen deficiency. Magnesium deficiency. Iron deficiency. pH and temps. These are the biggest issues that cause yellowing/pale leaves.
I’ll use my jewelers loop and camera attachments for scanning the underside of leaves for spider mites. I have over 60 houseplants and had an annoying ass winter with spider mites.
Use 7 dust.
@@diezelvh4133 oh lort that’s intense. I got rid of them using a mix of peroxide alcohol dr bronners peppermint soap and some tea tree. It smelled great too. It just took a lot of time because I washed off every plant a few times
P and Rob mix-n-matching, cute

Great show again fellas.
Hot = high temp
Charged = high nutrients
Wind from a close fan, off ph, magnesium deficiency all look a lot alike
Foliar sprays of kelp meal or high nitrogen bat guano or teas help with deficiencies quickly
Soil can get hot after mixing it just like a compost pile
I use worm casting for nitrogen, or foliar spray.
Every time I use calmag... I have issues with burnt tips. I quit using it... switched to advanced nutrients.
Nutrient lockout due to overabundance of nutrients or salt build ups, poor watering practices, or wild ph swings can all lead to yellowing. When in doubt, pay for a soil test. Well worth it.
I tried to flower out my mother and she just wouldn't go for the big light .. had to cut it down ,,, but she did her job otherwise
bunny poop is best source of animal based N imo
Full of beneficial bacteria too
You always should start with a good foundation aka soil build up a soil that has a good variety of different types of npk plus micro nutrients into your soil you shouldn't have any problems
I've never been this early!
If there is an abundance of nutrients in soil it will be physically hot. Just stick your hand down in it. you can feel it. Great episode fellas🙏
Ill be that guy, i seem to run into yellowing alot and it advances quicktly i to dead brown leaves , outside /inside grown happens to both, use gg organics blend , it will literally eat the plant alive from the vottom up inclusing any buds
Gotta Pay to Play. 🤙🏼

Good stuff fellas!! Always great content. Thank you!!
Would geese manure be as beneficial as chicken manure?
I got plenty of geese 💩in my backyard.
And how would I go about adding it in?
we uppit
Rob you need a PPFD meter…. 12:20
Remember to hit the Like pleeze
The leaves can’t look bad if they’re all gone😂
PH YOUR SOIL ITS SIMPLE NOT ALWAYS CAL/MAG!!
FTS ep. Blink-182
Bruh I have had burned tips while going through deficiency how is that even possible
Imbalance can cause lock out. Too much K can lock out Mg or Ca. Like wise with too much of any one nutrient.
That's like saying: I eat 20 hot dogs everyday and nothing else. For some reason I got scurvy and I don't know why.
Plant that have pest resistance came from pest pressure though
Love watching you guys but pigeons you look a lot fitter then you're friends love you all
Funny about you removing all the yellows before taking pics to post. Pigeons is a hoot.
🎉🎉
Diatomaceous earth!
⚡
Very dark green for me has tend to be way to much nitrogen
Damn missed again
Nah im guilyty of loving mine too much .over water and over feed my motto " more is less"
It’s simple, more Cal-Mag. 😂. Yeah PH if ye be on city water
✌
✌️😎🔥🔥🔥
Yall never mention temperature of your water. Ph it as perfect as you want. Water below room temperature where your plants are at will do all types of strange things to it you though was a nitrogen and ph issue
