  • Beryl's Mudpie Bars
    1/3 cup Arla Sweet Cream Butter
    1 1/2 cups Beryl's Semisweet or Bittersweet Chocolate
    3/4 cup White sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 cup All purpose flour
    1 cup Walnuts or any nut of choice
    1 1/2 cups Beryl's Semisweet or Bittersweet Chocolate
    Neoflam Items used:
    1 pc Neoflam 8x8 Non stick baking pan
    1 pc Neoflam Chopping board
    1 pc Neoflam Knife
    1 pc Heat Safe Glass bowl with cover
    1 pc Neoflam saucepot small
    Procedure
    1 Melt chocolate over simmering water
    2 off the fire, add the butter.
    3 add the eggs, vanilla, dry ingredients and nuts.
    4 when completely cool fold in the chocolate chips
    some folded, some for topping
    optional to leave some nuts for topping.
    5 Bake at 350F for 40 min. Cool and cut.
