- Paperwork has been submitted apparently to suppress more inforamation from coming out in Nick's case.
The motion was apparently denied.

After what nick said about those specific judges, law enforcement, cps officials. They aren't going to give him an inch.
When you discover a nine year old with a lot of "nose candy" metabolized in her body you don't take any chances.
Nor should they.
You know they were chomping at the bit for that search warrant.
LOL, so rekieta had to admit he was lying when he said someone illegally leaked documents about his family, and now he's trying to rectify his own ignorance. Absolutely hilarious from a lawyer. Even more hilarious that balldo and his counsel couldn't even figure out how to file the paperwork properly. What an absolute joke these two are. If Nick wanted a lawyer who can't file motions properly he should've just hired Ty Beard. With that said, I do feel bad for the kids, and think they should be left out of this whole debacle, just more evidence of Nick's terrible choices and utter lack of parenting ability.
You're not really a lawyer when you exit law school. Much of what a lawyer is is practise, practise, practise. And as far as I know, Nick didn't do mich practical stuff before his UA-cam channel took off and he just stopped.
Think the act of copying the paperwork was the crime... but legal for anyond to go and request the child court stuff.

How odd the ALL KNOWING Barnes had not advised Nick to seal the juvenile court records by now?
Because BARNES is a lying snake oil salesman. He knows TONS about Criminal Tax Law AND The constitutional Law---which are primarily effective in APPEALS but NOTHING of the boots on the ground TRIAL PRACTICE, much less Juvenile Court Practice. Barnes got wesley Snipes three years in jail, as a WIN for Snipes???? Then why hasnt there been more HIGH CELEBRITY TYPE Tax law defense cases for Barnes?
Its obvious when Barnes was blocking people on TWITTER after calling other attorneys grifters and pdf files.
I would DISAPPEAR from streaming online about anything, IF my children were in this situation. JUST ME…thinking of the KIDS, FIRST. Focus on the kids!!! Take a break from the internet until…because the internet has a way of reminding the kids of all of this! (And I’m being optimistic about Nick & his family sobriety/unification here!)

The kids need to be protected, the adults are fair game. Especially if you stream your life and rant about "the truth" which will eventually be told. Reminds me of the "mountains" of evidence that AH kept threatening to reveal.

I thought Tug and Nick were real close. Apparently not. He sees dollar signs on Nicks case.
I think TUG said it was the kids being in the line of danger, so to speak, and his repeated refusal to take any advice that finally broke him on this. TUG is very sensitive about any child abuse/neglect from what I know.
And Nick makes it really hard for anyone to be his friend unless they agree with him on everything when it's actually important.
It becomes real easy to break your sympathies from Nick for such negative and actually toxic factors.
Tugs's been sweeping hard for Nick.

Wouldnt they also have the right for it to be public? Either way, once in custody children have no rights
@@purpleprose1315No. Juvenile court is very different. Under normal circumstances the juveniles should be able to keep these records sealed. It sounds like the wrong statute was argued. I would hope they could resubmit under the proper statute.
