Yeah, it's strange, isn't it, you'd think that they would do better and even have a head start. But that being said, the pepper seeds I sowed for this season, also didn't really take off until now, either. So maybe it was just the weather or something. I'll still overwinter them I think, because why not, but I'll also start new seeds too.
My over wintered peppers didn't do well either. I'm debating on whether to do it again.
