不就是多听，努力听懂，哪个词听不懂，查字典看音标和意思。还有其他诀窍吗？
1. 第一遍可以先試著不看字幕，光聽課程聲音，聽的時候猜出英文句子原文和意思。
2. 第二遍邊看字幕邊聽，注意和第一遍的聽力進行對比，針對第一遍聽不出來或聽錯了的句子，反覆聽直到聽清為止。
3. 第三遍再試著不看字幕聽一遍，確保把每個句子都完全聽懂並理解完整。
4. 如果按照這個方法練習比較吃力，可以試試將課程按照固定時長進行切分依次進行練習，例如先練習課程的開頭20分鐘，練習完後接著練習課程後面的20分鐘，以此類推。
