Yeah in this video I will show you 3 different ways to form the Mongol Empire in Rise of Nations.
This was the first time I used Adobe After Effects with Premiere Pro so let me know how it was.

And for those saying that I copied Amandus' video guides, I did these before he did soo.
Some additional tips:
- Try to make friends with other players (as in Japan or India)
- If you do end up destroying China, don't let the server know as long as possible so that they don't try to invade China themself
With the menace strategy I am currently 4-0 W/L ratio so yeah, just hope that the China isn't too good.
And amandus is banned so i don't think he would care

No one tries the 4th strategy: wise
The mongol empire: known for sweeping anyone aside with brutal force
Reforming the empire: does (mostly) the complete opposite
I tried strat no. 2 and it actually worked lol
Strategy 3 is not really allowed by the rules. It is basically a troll war as you intentionally doing it to make russia/china leave which is basically the definition of trolling. So, yeah. Strategy 3 is something that is getting you a warn from the game by moderators.
I just went in-game today and found out someone using that same strategy which was kinda pain to deal on.
Oh hell naw it's not a troll as long as they are fighting its not troll is basically being far away from them and not doing anything and no fighting

Here's what I did to get mongol empire:
1: try to ally china. If china allies you, good. if they don't, you're cooked but you could do some trolling by homding out as long as possible.
2: maybe take kazakhstan to het resources but russia or china will probably hop to that first.
3: wait and develop.
4: get lucky with a russia or china collapse and finally start expanding.
5: keep going for gradually stronger nations while managing your military so it doesn't get exhausted and you don't get stuck.
6: Once you think you're strong enough, go for China or at least the rest of it if it has collapsed then form Yuan.
7: The rest is basically smooth sailing. Have fun.
that's how I got it by 2040
In the end, it was a Return of Bislo
Just did it myself using the "dead server" method, i played from 2019 during the day and won a defensive war against China which took 10 years (he left the game) and then later on i hopped on a dead server amd formed it, took around 20 years as all of the nations i needed had broken into a millipn different nations i had to take.

Also turn down ur economic (to minimum) early on before invading anything. Turn it back on once u have a reasonable amount of population and ur going into deficit. Tax is not helpful with Mongolian mainland partly due to the reason that ur economy should be mainly on trade (electronics). This helps heavily late game because you have a good amount of stability to survive the chinese invasion. What i mean by surviving chinese invasion is once uve taken all of chinas land, ur population goes up and so does ur unrest. Ur stab will go wayyy down. U can do it without lowering tax but itll be much harder to balance out your stab.
good point however for the menace strat you need all the money you can get but yeah for the 2nd strategy its fine if china invades you early, otherwise you just get consumers for ur stability anyway

I did this before there were military leaders and stuff and it was really difficult i had to fight china than to my bad luck even soviet union before i even got to form the empire to intergeat china but safe to say i won
i play mongolia all the time and i usually do the third option for some memery
Fun challenge, whenever a player finished all 3 nuclear tech and they can make nukes, invade them and try winning a war even when they nuked your cities

I should say your friend was lucky. When i formed it, china attacked right away.
he did 16 runs. this was the only one he recorded sadly but usually china invaded in 2021-2023. chinas dont really instantly invade because Qing Dynasty now requires Russian land so they no longer rush Mongolia to form it
@@Bislo Now that changes everything, 16 runs is insane. I thought he got this start in his first run. Also, i forgot the fact that you need russian land to form now, as i formed it in 2022.
@@dkdkekfkr5691 the strat always works for me, ive always followed this strat and always ended up with china losing to my artillery and infantry. Stalwart defense really helps you out significantly.

why do i use the menace way when i get invaded
how do u protect ur artilleries? i mean dont the enemy troops deal damage to artilleries since they are attacking ur troops and ur artillery can get attacked too
usually the troops die so fast that it doesnt matter. however you could move the artillery a bit further behind the troops
My basic method of forming mongol is pretty similar to the menace strat. The only difference being I don’t declare and basically build up as much money as possible, sometimes switching to democracy if they don’t declare for a long time. I then just stay neutral and wait for the perfect time to strike (ie if china is invading India) and work from there

After you sell your elec's you should focus on getting consumers instead - it should be common sense for this to happen.
Challenge: Play as kyrgyzstan and make either russia or china get 5m losses, or make them scorch all of their land.
Imo kyrgyzstan is the most fun country to play as on the game, literally every single province of it is mountainous, so its amazing for defense. However it also has the ability to go on the offensive. It is pretty much impossible to invade if you have proper artillery and infantry.
You ever doing argentina strategy to beat brazil? As brazil players have become magically commonplace and now have grey matter in their brains

Why use static lines but not soecialization
im not making that many units either way + stalwart defense does its job greatly.
sure it may be useful later on but specialization doesnt work in all scenarios, one being this one.
not to mention it also decreases your manpower increase, and as Mongolia you need a lot of manpower in earlygame

Nah. I used a strategy very similar to PrussianSeal's, BEFORE THIS VIDEO WAS EVEN MADE! I have a 3-0 W/L ratio with it, and a 2/0 Mongol Empire ratio with it.
@@RemiBeausejour It’s IMPOSSIBLE to win if theres not a noob china, they can just spam infinite troops aa planes and arty and even if you destroy them you’ll still lose, other than that you just had bad china players
@@jagplaysroblox2169 Nope. One of them had the grandmaster title. If you continue making excuses to back up your claim then you're just lying. How about you try it yourself? And even then, don't get me wrong, there IS a way to beat it, but I'm never going to say it unless I want to be beaten all the time. And that way, is very convoluted.
