And its true, there are no faces. It's just nuclear explosions that look like faces. I recommend Local 58 if you're into horror with no jumpscares. It's a really good watch and won't take up too much of your time. Episodes are 2 minutes at the least and 5 minutes at the most

4:56 they are probably refilming the security footage over some other tape which can be inconsistent so a person walking can appear on the newly filmed tape that looks like a ghost but is actually just a rewritten tape being inconsistant with filming
"evp" means electronic voice phenomenon so it was audio evidence in the ambulance vid! also don't want to freak you out but your camera blurring happens when the camera is trying to pick up on something else in the room...
