This house has good curb appeal and lots of potential, depending on the permitted uses. The basement rooms are limited by ceiling height to storage, though (costly) excavation might be possible. For a large family, the ground floor could be rearranged to make an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen plus a second lounge and office area. On the first floor the smallest bedroom could become an ensuite for one of the larger bedrooms, and on the second floor, as mentioned, the storage room could become a bathroom plus walk-in wardrobe space. I imagine that there were several bids on this property, and that its potential has been realized.

What an odd way to construct and combine rooms. Could be made into most beautiful house with a few adjustments.
