Hello! Yes you can smoke but not in public. If you want to smoke in pub or restaurant you have to go outside.
It is banned in all interior public spaces in the Czech Republic, i.e., in restaurants, bars and cafés. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor courtyards.
Of course , it´s possible in garden restaurants (outside). You can sit and have beer or coffee with cigarettes... But believe me, (although it is illegal) you can find some pubs where is smoking possible (inside). First of all at night. Try to ask some young locals. They will advise. :)
