Not sure when exactly. Probably when Soraru was mixing Kuzuha's KING? Since by the time they started streaming together in this new season, Kuzuha was already calling him Raru-san.
that "raru-san" was made by chihiro-san at her first time streaming with soraru-san, (yes, first meeting) and there was also kuzuha-san (soraru&kuzuha around 2nd or 3rd meeting). soraru-san response first time called by that name was " "raru-san"?? i like that nickname..!". so until now they still using that nickname to soraru-san (sometimes they're also calling "rarusen"). end of the flashback.
