The tone on this video is pretty calming alone and I just took a bath but not too hot because I'm a bit cold and dizzy. I called off work and I hate calling off work but when really sick I don't want to get anyone else sick or hurt myself working in this condition. My family agreed with the remedies u told and cuz im vomiting out the antibiotics cuz it dissolves within a split of a second and i was tensed and i tried to be relaxed and i did the wet cloth remedy and my family was completly depend on the anitibiotics and now they agreed the remedies u told cuz u r a professional naturopathic physician!!! Do NOT wait for fever to reach 104 in children! Give paracetomol ASAP to avoid celebral injury one it reaches 102. Sponging is better than bath unless heatsroke - imagine yourself shivering in a shower! Other than that, I prefer natural methods for lower grade fevers. Thanks a lot. In the morning I was feeling weakness and sour troat then I slept sometime with 2 sweaters and 2 blankets and got fever upto 106° but when I removed blanket it went down to 103° now it is 101°
Came looking for a quick fix, and decided I'll have to share my own! Wash your feet with white vinegar - it WILL work unless you have infection. If it does NOT work, get medical attention ,something serious is going on. So now I'm going to go get my white vinegar, because I haven't found anything better online! Lol
Thanks doc it helped. Also you can drink green tea to tone down headache and try to eat less junk foods or foods with to much minerals so the best food is Maggie believe it or not it reduces your stomachs. I hope it helped.

I remember a time when I had the fever and I was told to drink 8 cups of 8floz water through out the day, later that night when I took a warm shower I felt nausea and was tempted to vomit in the shower, daringly I did and all I threw up was water and air I felt better after that. What I'm trying to say is do not over hydrate I guess

My fever was getting better and then i had an amazing idea to eat a whole chololate bar, the fever came back with a vengeance 3 hours later, so yes she is right.
I woke up literally soaking wet with sweat. But I feel cold. Had to change all the linens. Just trying to drink water and eat healthy. I made some soup. Turned out great. Nothing fancy. Just chicken broth, onion, garlic, chopped zucchinis and a little bit of shredded roast chicken. Now I’m back in bed.

I recommend someone to drink hot milk or hot oatmeal with milk since its the only method to reduce temperature as fast as possible once your sweating it means that your body temperature is getting lower. It only took 20min to 1 hour just to get sweat.

Some ppl are allergic to medication so they need ayurveda (natural medication) and antibiotics are a bit hard to be swallowed in some types but if u cant fight back with the medication, U can choose this way so thats much better with that!!!

One old trick I use is a bowl of water, 2 ice cubes and some rubbing alcohol. Use a washcloth to wipe it around your neck, legs etc. Really works.
