If you get the timing and position in relation to the enemies for when you summon the skeletons, you can actually make double kills with them. But you have to do it perfectly, plus you are relying on the skellies AI and then it screws it up totally. I tried this in some weekly dungeons but it was super frustrating. But you can see some people manged to do it.
