at first I didn't click cuz I saw the Harm-Trio, but then I realized this was Velleity's special passage Support Rail, not the other cringe videos. Also yeah, I thought E0S0 Ginryo was an amazing sub-DPS, so I did a little bit of light farming for Eff.hit Genius set. Still got it to this today, but taking her into MoC is asking for a beating since she's so squishy, and I have to use Fribbels in order to find a reasonable build which doesn't yoink relics away from other high prio units.

Incessant Rain is inferior to Along the Passing Shore with the same exact DPS SW build, but can be very competitive if the crit ratio is adjusted to account for the bonus crit rate

not enough effect hit rate so it missed
what does E2 SW do?
7 energy regen for every debuff target has when ult used (max 5 debuffs)
e1 refunds some energy on ult by # of debuffs (makes using sig easier)
e2 makes her decrease all enemies’ effect res by 20%, which is really good as it means she only needs ~40 effect hit rate instead of more than 90 to land her skill, allowing her to run crit
