Beyoncé Rocks Hooded Mini Dress With Jay-Z, Kelly Rowland, and Tyler Perry

There's no more cowgirl, it's now a black and white look as the superstar fashioned a black and white outfit featuring a micro mini black and white striped long-sleeve dress with a hood!
They were spotted at the Mea Culpa premiere at the Paris Theater in New York City along with Destiny Child’s Kelly Rowland, Tyler Perry and Mom Tina Knowles.
She matched the look with a floor-length black faux fur coat, pointed-toe black and white heels, a Balmain Radio rubber-effect leather bag and stylish rectangular sunglasses. Her husband Jay-Z rocked up in a gray suit and black beanie.
