App idea: choose voice for countdowns, options including Chad, Marisa, Kristin, Brandon... 😆

Marisa asks great questions. Also, starting to wonder if you need to be a dreamy Kris to get recruited by Juggernaut Fitness

if finishing another program before starting the PL in the app, should I deload even if I plan on using a bridge block or just jump right into the bridge?

    So what's sufficient powerbuilding 70/30 for a 130lb female?

As a former endurance athlete, I’m learning a lot about powerlifting and power building. Does the AI app offer a power building program and a powerlifting program? I’m finishing up my third mesocycle of massing following the scientific principles of a hypertrophy via renaissance periodization, but eventually I would like to transition to some more strength building. My understanding is power building is similar to powerlifting but it has more accessory work. Is my assumption correct? Thanks for answering these two questions.

I'm curious about when the app asks about my bench grip width, is it considered wide or normal if I bench with my middle fingers on the rings? I would think wide

Wide. There is a little video about that in the questionnaire when it asks (I think)

@@JuggernautTrainingSystems Looked back and you're right about there being a video. I overlooked it. Thank you

@@JuggernautTrainingSystems Btw, for the powerbuilding, do you plan to implement an update that allows the user to choose an option to focus on their entire body equally? I think that would be a nice option rather than having to choose one upper and one lower body part to focus on
