I’m a pest control guy and we’re not allowed to solicit or do door to door or even leave things in peoples mail boxes. It’s just makes your company look bad doing that annoying stuff. I couldn’t imagine showing up somewhere where I’m not wanted.
So what forms of advertising do they do? I get not doing door to door but not doing mailers isn’t the greatest thing. Mailers actually reminded me that I need a tree cut down.
At the end of the day, it’s really only online advertising that matters anyways. When someone needs a tree cut down, they just look up tree removal service near me and call the couple top options and pick the best price. That’s how all services work these days
I've been a weatherization guy in the past and lots of our stuff was government subsidies, and some of the time we'd show up and the person was NOT happy to see us or be even slightly considerate. It's hard to do your job well when the lady is sitting in the chair staring you down as you try to foam her window or whatever.

@@turnermd1302lmao dude New World Interactive has been closed for 3-4 months now. They were killed off by the Embracer Group. Also they hadn’t been developing on ISS for years. Development had been outsourced while they worked on their new game. Which is now dead. RIP Insurgency and NWI
Don't answer your door people that's all you got to do, if you don't already have a door cam there's no need to answer it's safer for you, and you are not having your time wasted by these people. I had my own experience recently they came to my house two days in a row each time I just ignored them never answered the door.
@@i.libertine6928 agreed, I have many hours in that game. I do find that the game modes are very different which can keep it interesting especially if you switch from pvp to pve. However the company that owns the studio who makes insurgency essentially shut them down so we will likely not be getting a sequel and probably never get another update.
I had a bug guy offer his services, then tell me my neighbor used their service, and the bugs will probably come to my yard. I fake called the police and began explaining an extortion/blackmail scheme and he picked up his weird one wheel travel device he was riding around on and ran FAF, it was one of the funniest things I have ever seen. Like a Benny hill skit.
How about a big stone arch with the words "abandon all hope ye who enter here" hewn into the rock without any gate? Probably keeps at least the mormons out I would guess.
I recently had two guys come trying to sell internet/phone/home security packages while I was in my garage at my woodworking bench. While marking some boards I told them I’m not interested, I have what they’re selling and I’m happy with what I have and they kept talking so I said “ you can keep talking but I’m not going to hear you” and I kept making my cuts drowning them out with the saw. They smiled at eachother and left. That’s probably a new one for them.

Ive worked in tree removal for a few years now, its sometimes hard to keep yards nice but most guys dont put in the effort.
Harley’s in it, just skip those ones. It’s just about Taylor’s yard.
