Best interview this year, hands down! Love it when swimmers show their personality. Like a bot 🤖
Love it when the post race interview’s genuinely funny
ramadans cut go crazy 😭💀🔥💯🗣️
What an interview! Fantastic! We can feel his feelings.
Lmao only honest interview: “I hated it.” 😂😂 but he loved winning!
Great job Youssef! Been rooting for you for a long time, so glad you stuck with it and made your dream come true!!
love this guy
What happened to the NC swimmer in lane 8?
Bagged it for the 1 back
Swam it just for Points. He saved it for 1back where he went 43.8 and finished second.
Amazing swim even more amazing interview 😄
What a legend 🙌👏👏👏
عاش يا يوسف 💪
My favorite interview!
every swimmer wakes up early bro
Bro that’s my like 25 butterfly he just swam
Why’d that one guy go so slow
Cus he had 100 back later that night and no matter what his teammates came 6 and 7 so he was unlikely to get any more points for his team so he saved for the 100 back
Tuuuuuuutoday junior 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Numbers don't lie : US women will still do ok at the World and Olympics (though the Aussies and Canadians will give them a hard time) but the men will struggle. Just look at the NCAA 100 fly : 7 out of the 8 finalists are foreigner (including the top 5) ! And Marchand wasn't even in the race. And remember the best Freestyle swimmer in the world isn't even here. By the end of the Paris Olympics, Popovici could own the WRs in the 50, 100, 200 and 400m. And don't forget either the Brit's Armada.
Cool story!
@Phillip Hayner Hes never getting the 50m, but yeah this will be a crazy olympics for sure
You seem to be forgetting about Shaine Casas. He's still unproven at major meets, but has the talent to medal in 100 fly, 100 back, and 200 IM. Dressel is an unknown at this point, but I think only fools will just write him off. Then there's x factor of whether young guys like Heilman, Williamson, Diehl, McFadden, Winkler, etc will be ready to factor in by Paris. I think one or two of them could.
All I know is that when Thomas Heilman gets to his prime, he will be a force to be reckoned with.
The difference in the Women and Men landscape is there is way more parity on the mens side. So you are right, lots of international guys will win medals, but overall USA will still dominate the medal board because of depth and relays. The women will get rocked by Australia in a way the men will not. Australia women are fucking crazy
