🎉❤I wanted to congratulate you on your 10k subscribers! ❤🎉 Thank you for sharing your creations, your videos keep me company. I'm alone, so you're videos are very comforting and inspiring for me. I've suffered with ptsd, adhd and depression for over a decade. I found polymer clay about 6 years ago and I've been creating canes and other goodies ever since. I'm too much of a chicken to post anything normally but I really wanted to tell you that your channel has been heaven sent! God Bless you, and thank you so much for sharing your life ❤
I know it sounds ridiculous, but I know somebody that read an article that the candy”Warheads” help with anxiety. She finally tried it and it actually helped her. I don’t know for how long or how good it worked but the lemon does something in your brain. I don’t know if it would work for you. She takes one when she knows she’s gonna have an anxiety attack.
All of your videos are great. Even when you talk about your struggle. You are human. That’s what I like about you. I watch you makeing super beautiful canes ,and listening to your problems, witch makes my problems seem trivial. If you know what I mean.
When my mother died, I got depressed. I cured myself with crafting, I made so many tags, art is therapy, also singing helps. Yoga , if you can get down on the floor and meditation. But when I'm depressed Pink Floyd dose it all the time.Or Jethro Tull, The Beatles. Any music to put you in that happy place. ❤❤❤
I too have hypoglycemia and anxiety, I take Xanax , it is ruining my sleep right now. I have depression, health related. I love watching you work, you have a calming voice. My number guess is 66
Hi Irene, boy I too had a bad night last night not anxiety but very painful. Carpal tunnel syndrome, which is a bitch because it interferes with my clay work anyways moving on I think you’re keen turned out really pretty. I think I might have reduced it as a square and put four squares together But yours is great. I really like that. You just freestyle it and see where it goes.. little bit longer. Hope you get a better night sleep tonight. Take care.
I hope you wear a brace/stint when you sleep , it helped me a lot, i used them on both hands for about 35 years, i will start again, I even had the surgery. Good luck
My friend, you give me so much pleasure watching and following you and I’m so sorry you have to deal with anxiety and panic attacks. I would like to share something with you but not in here. How can I contact you more personally if I can? I know that I can pray for you and “He” is your answer. I would like to help. I say this with love in my heart for you. Please let me know what you wish for me to do. Love.
I’m so sorry you go through anxiety. So many people out there have it! You are good so please don’t down yourself! . My number is 4287. Best to you! 🥰. Oh , and I think you are hysterical 🤣
My husband had them bad and they gave him Xanax too. When he passed in 2017 I got depressed and they asked if I wanted Xanax and I told them no because I don't want to be like he was and was that they knocked him out for hours and he only took .25 of a whole one

I love your cutters in your etsy store. I'm a beginner. I'm going to keep looking...hoping for a set of graduated plain circles and squares...
What a very beautiful cane , i don't know how you do it but please keep on doing it
Beautiful
Gracias por hablar de ataques pánico y ansiedad, yo las tengo hace 8 años. Tengo 27 años, y hacer manualidades, me ayuda mucho
I always referred to that inside shaking feeling as "my blood shaking" because that's what it feels like.

Both of my adult children suffer with anxiety. It’s hard to see them struggle.
I'm so sorry. I kept mine private but eventually, my kids had to unfortunately witness them. I'm thankful all 3 don't have any

I’m so sorry you have to deal with anxiety. It’s the worse thing ever. Most people don’t understand how debilitating it is.
Sleep deprivation is the worse
I just had 3 days of insomnia. I slept about 1-2 hrs in the afternoon and that's it.
My husband had them bad and they gave him Xanax too. When he passed in 2017 I got depressed and they asked if I wanted Xanax and I told them no because I don't want to be like he was and was that they knocked him out for hours and he only took .25 of a whole one
Wow. I take .50mg and don't feel any different.
