Usually he have a lot of kills in these games, meaning he have most likely killed every player fighting/camping, except for the ones sitting in bushes all game, or being completely silent in a building etc. Since these guys usually die in the first fight they have, they have to be hiding really good since they are able to go through a whole game without any confrontations at all.
