I'm in my sixties and had all of this on mixed tapes my husband made for my daily hour long drive . I still have all the vinyl....My generation had good music that went stale in the late 70's...so happy to have discovered new wave and punk....So many my age are clueless to this ear!

80's is my childhood moments. When all my uncles and aunts are still young. One of my uncles is so big fan of this kind of music. I also grew up with some of these songs. How time flies...Now, he's gone, but my childhood memories still stay safely.

80s the best era for me. full of excitement, fun, adventure, dreaming of your crush, social bonding, pen pals, telephone booths to call peers, field trips, polite and respectful kids, family comp and Atari games, ghost hunting on old places, kids go hiking and camping on hills and stargazing, watching Casey Kasem on billboard top 20 every week, MTV is life, cartoons has moral lesson every ending, eating late afternoon snacks with friends, collecting transformer diecast metal toys (so cheap back then), painting thunder cats on a bond paper using water color paint. flying kites on summer, watching superman on big screen, and the never ending list of adventure goes on. Please give me a time machine. God knows how I missed the 80s. nothing can beat the feeling of that era. most tech today starts in the 80s.

My all time favourite song ever is You’re The Best Thing by the Style Council. I saw The Jam in the early 1980’s in Toronto. Blue Peter opened up for them. So good. Walked down Yonge Street with all my girlfriends afterwards. It was amazing.
