Your philosophy here is correct. If the food is good, I'll come back. I won't be deterred if it's not perfect every time, but mess it up consistently enough and I will abandon it. The big thing for me is if the restaurant gave me food poisoning. I won't go to those places, like the Il Primo pizza joint that poisoned me.
People will look past a lot if the food is great when it finally gets there! (except food poisoning) Thanks for the comment!
I was about to give up on my small fast food business… spent almost 10 years working in an entry level position at an insurance company then started selling fast food as a side hustle after I had a bad experience at a local wing spot. Long story short I up and quit my job went all gung-ho into a field I had no experience in and present day finding myself on the verge of quitting because it seemed to be derailing at a break necking pace. I stumbled upon your videos today and after watching a few of them I’m ready to get up and give it everything I’ve got. Thank you Paul…I’m almost through all of them too🙏🙌🙌

Okay, you got me there... I've been intending to change my profile picture for a while... this is just the final push of motivation I needed! (Also, I just sold that office and moved to a new one with a lot fewer exit signs, so hopefully my next video won't irk anything out of you... especially the bejesus!)
