As someone who stayed up the whole time during launch day on the u.s site, there were many issues leading to many people being disappointed that they cannot add to bag or once added to bag, they cannot check out. I think it's fine to point out when a content creator is out of touch with reality especially when every comment about the US release pointed out the mess. I was one of the luckier ones that managed to snag a piece from the collection. And while I did, it was not an easy process. From misleading informations from different CA (starting from a "midnight release" to a "2am release" to finally a "9am release" and finally available to add to cart an half an hour to an hour after that), to having to use a specific payment info (paypal flat out did not work), to permanent loading screen when checking out, shopping bag errors where things disappearing, and even shopping bags not opening at all. There ARE a lot of issues and that is a fact that many customers in other regions experienced. I was following a forum during this time and it was by all definition of the word, a mess.
I went to the LV store in NYC in the launch day and everything was sold out. I asked the SA "how can they be sold out if it was the launch day" and she said it was sold out for "vip" member on pre orders. LOLLLL A SHAME!!!!! ridiculous!!!
Hi Jess. I appreciate the update. Just curious, did you actually click the "add to shopping bag" button? Because when I try to add to cart and go through check out, the item is suddenly not available. This is for all pieces. This is what I think people are referencing.
I did, I’m in Australia. I tried to check out 2 items and one was no longer available so I completed the order with one that was, went back to shopping and the other was available again, literally 3 minutes later and I was able to check out, however, it does say it will ship in 10 weeks! 😮
Jess, this is not truly accurate information. Everything is sold out in most counties. The website may say “add to cart” but once you do, it gives you an error message. The condescending tone was not like you, kind of surprised. Those of us who received our Speedy 25s, Nano Speedys, high demand SLGs etc are spending loads of money throughout the year and/or got extremely lucky with an amazing SA.
I agree with you 100%@deborahsmith9968. I pre-ordered December 15th, and 3 of my items were canceled, and I had paid for the entire order. I've spent over 50k in my store the last 7 months and still didn't get my full order. Jess's attitude about this notice being a big deal is surprising. I think she needs to remember she has viewers from all over the world and needs to be considerate of that. Some people didn't get anything at all, and it's sad.
If that is actually what they are doing it’s disgusting. Like Jess mentions, LV holding onto our funds from preorders from people who “don’t spend loads of money” and earning interest on our money for months and no guarantee of even getting the bag (while we lose out on our potential interest) will make me rethink LV.

I currently have a pending order from November (2 months ago) that they took my money for and I still have no bag in my hand, which means the bag is actually costing me more money than what I paid due to the interest I am losing each month that passes. The LV website in the US was a mess yesterday. I kept getting error messages and spinning circles all day long. I was able to place two items in cart, but I couldn’t checkout. 😕

I'm on a low buy this year to reach my financial goals to retire early, but I still watch these videos. I've been content with what I have that I don't have the need to shop for more. I really do like this collection!
I just checked the US website and absolutely everything is completely sold out on the website and in the app. I lucked out and got the pouchette accessories in white and the pink Rosalie but that is only because my SA is a wizard.
I think Australia has allocation for future stock, it might be sold out currently because most of the items Jess clicked said item will be shipped in 10 weeks
Hi Jessie this collection is completely sold out in the USA as of yesterday! I couldn’t find absolutely nothing even trays! I didn’t go for the presale since I already own a bag from the original collection purchased when it first came out. But after browsing the websites there were pieces I liked😢
I’m in Sydney and was on the website at 3-3:30, even the things in stock when added to bag would say ‘network error or error’ couldn’t order a single thing then by the time the errors went away almost everything was unavailable in Australia
Jess please listen to your community on this one. This video is giving all wildly inaccurate information in a know-it-all tone. It is completely sold out in America. Online and in store has a few limited options at least in Boston. This collection went exactly the way everyone predicted it’s a shame because I was so excited to get a piece of my high school years back with the multicolor speedy :(. This is ridiculous. I agree! First I had put in a deposit on the NYC vivienne collection and it’s been 3 months. I called to get my refund and they said they didn’t have that on record. I also have the receipt as it was a pay by link. It’s so sketchy and I’m afraid I won’t get my money back. Secondly, the murakami launched yesterday in the US and I was unable to order. Other comments on here are correct. The website was wonky and all of a sudden unavailable.
I'm in Sydney and I preordered the black nano speedy on December 3rd and my order is still "pending" with no sign of an update. I imagine they'll hold my order to see if they can receive more stock but I'm not ruling out that my order will be cancelled. So many of the items on the Australian website say they'll ship in 10 weeks which makes me think there's another delivery coming. I just hope everybody gets what they ordered.
Jess, It is completely sold out in the U.S….. you cannot add one piece to cart in America. They had a few SLG’s in my Scottsdale store - luckily I was able to snag the one I wanted (Teal Rosalie coin purse) but it was NOT available online and it was the only one in store. Every product says Notify Me in America…. Unless someone lives in Australia, you are giving wrong information. Funny, You were loving multicolor for the past month (think you said the word “obsessed”in every video) and then you just completely did a 180 when you decided you needed ANOTHER Hermes bag 😂🤣 You might want to consider that many of your Subbies are excited for this collection before you start the negativity.

The 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' option doesn't ensure that the item is still in stock. Here in my country, you can add items to your cart, but that doesn't necessarily mean you'll be able to finish the transaction. Its funny because the predictions are inaccurate.
I really feel LV needed to prepare about 2 years to release this in the US..I was able to get what i wanted bc i have an amazing SA, but I've heard countless ppl say they tried so hard but it was basically impossible to buy on the day of the launch. 😢 I'm really looking forward to the red 🍒 collection!! 🤩🤩

Maybe not sold out in Australia but seems to be out of stock in most of countries. The other issue in the US once you add to shopping bag and try to pay order gets cancelled. Try making a purchase and see what happens.
Hi Jess- on the US website (for me anyway), every single item is out is stock except a few of the shoes. The only option is “Notify me” not even contact client services lol😂 I assume eventually the items I want will come back in stock.
Australia is part of the Asian region is why Australia has items available, they stocked that region well since Takashi is from that region. Lots of pop ups etc. We got the shaft in the US. Hopefully they will restock 😊

Sorry Jess you might not be accurate on this video. Not here in the US. When you go to check out you can not. SO even though the site shows all these items are available they are not. People are not happy. I am so glad I am not into this collection. It says your item will ship in 1O according to your screen shots. SO they can hold onto your money for months and then get nothing. I do not think everything is available try to check out. Then let me know how it goes.
I spent all morning yesterday to the afternoon trying to purchase SOMETHING from the website for this collection. Sometimes I would get an item in my cart and go to pay and it would tell me that the item was no longer available. I would remove it from my cart. Then I’d go back to the website and if I clicked on the same item it would allow me to add it to my cart. I’d try to purchase and it would give me the same unavailable notification. Other items would say add to cart but once I clicked on it I’d receive some error code or network error. I was hopeless. Thankfully because I have an awesome CA, they reached out in the afternoon and said they could help me out and was able to order what I wanted and send me a payment link. If I stuck with the website or app route I would’ve been completely out of luck.
Im from Singapore and every item that Jess pointed as available online IS STILL AVAILABLE IN SG AS WELL. The inventory may defer in different countries. But yes they are still avail in SG. Ive added to cart and proceeded to checkout to confirm. Pls dont bash her for not checking the availability.
In US I tried the entire day to buy anything online and every time I tried to pay my cart emptied out to sold out! Very frustrating day, I won’t try anymore I will wait for the cherry release hopefully that will be better organized and more availability. I did email with customer service they did say everything that was offered online in US here was sold out yesterday , she told me to try again as they may add some pieces later.
Your video isn’t accurate. Yes I was able to order on line in Australia (with a notification of an 11 week wait) however after paying in full at checkout the email indicates that I have to wait for the order to be accepted. If I check my online account at MyLV there are no current orders showing because despite paying in full the order has not yet been accepted. So my understanding is that it’s awaiting a possible further allocation of stock to Australia. Given the world wide demand I’m not sure AUS will get a further allocation.
I have literally lost sleep since midnight jan 1 because I've been stalking the Canadian website. Nothing was ever available. At one point I got a notification that my item became available and when i try to go on the app and website it looked like it crashed. The app was totally black. The items all say "coming soon". I have never seen any of the items actually be available for purchase
Hi Jessie, I was at the Chadstone store yesterday picking up my pre order. Everything I ordered fairly early was delivered. But in store, there were only a few pieces available to purchase. No black MC. My SA showed me what is available to order but advised the stock no longer can be guaranteed even if pre ordered now.

I am the most boring person Jessie but for some reason the rainbow colours are speaking to me! I have murakami fever!!! All my bags are mostly black. I have a couple of game on pieces but otherwise fairly conservative but I want everything here 😂 I cannot explain why this makes me smile. I also couldn’t afford this stuff 20 yrs ago. I thought it was tacky back then too luckily… I can’t explain it 😂
I went into store on Friday - almost everything was sold but they were offering orders from 3pm. They did say there was no guarantee we would get it but that is what was on offer. I will say what I saw was beautiful. The quality was lovely.

When the latest LV Kusama collection became available I definitely saw a few pieces “in the wild” in Tokyo. I’m in Tokyo again but haven’t been lucky enough to site any LV Murakami pieces on the street. Reselling is a huge phenomena in Japan, so who knows where the pieces sold will crop up
In a certain small European country what comes to amount of people we get a very short notice of "item not available" and then "notify me when available"/contact a client advisor. I think this is not a market almost at all, so we have not even received the items. Maybe some wealthy people have preordered, no idea. You are right about the "childlike" look of these items and that one would rather buy a normal Alma bb, etc. They are much less cheaper and there is a resell market too, not a big one though. In a small country like this the resell market is slim. I feel like that rather than putting "notify when available" could it be that in Australia it is add to shopping bag (even though in the end you cannot order it).
I am in the US and frequent on-line purchaser and have an SA on email where I have purchased items not available on-line. NO LUCK being able tor reserve or purchase any items. TBH - there are only a few I will consider - but the NOT AVAILABLE its giving me FOMO!!!

WOW! Some of the comments on this video are just brutal, hysterical, totally unnecessary. I would be absolutely shocked if, in a month or two, the bulk of these items are not restocked. Does no one pay attention to LVMH financial results? The trend for LV in particular in last year or more has been negative - what is happening now is a tactic to bring positive attention back to LV and create FOMO. Bernard Arnault is the wealthiest man in the world (or maybe second, depending on the day one checks) and not for no reason. He will not pass up the chance to take everyone's money hand over fist. Things may be "sold out" now, but I truly believe that it's just a game.
'Add to cart' doesn't mean a thing.....a lot of people in the US weren't even able to checkout and received error messages while trying to buy/secure their items.
The bags appear available in my LV online account... but I'm not loaded and have no money to buy! Plus it's not my style. I prefer bags with one colour not too many flowers etc. But they are incredibly expensive. I bought an Alma BB from Europe years ago and that bag is more than twice the price. I like the bag though even if it looks beaten up.
My SA had 2 Notebook covers in the store so I grabbed it $120 US at least I have one item for my collection white multicolor . I wanted the toiletry bag

I believe add to cart means you are placing a order for it as it states they will be delay with delivery and shipping on most items are approx 10 weeks for the merchanise team to find stock overseas to allocate to the orders. Luckily i preorder in early December the alma bb and panda cardholder and received it today 😊 and was asking about other items i wanted and most is allocation exhausted for popular items such as nano and pochette but others were able to preorder just put full deposit and wait 10 weeks or so 😅 so your item will prob come when the cherry blossom collection drops. Keep in mind I'm in Melbourne. Thought that would help anyone 😊

It SOLD OUT quick in the United States. I'm not a VIC and refused to preorder or even order after release. I don't like my money sitting as it took over 2 months to receive my mirror speedy. I purchased the side trunk, black silk multicolor 90 square, and white multicolor sneakers. Two from different stores and shoes online.I also wanted the speedy 25 but it was sold out to VIC and my CA showed it to me but I wasn't that impressed. The side trunk is made out leather and not a piece everyone is going to have.
To you Pochette accessoires may be the most overhyped bag of the collection but it's very popular with Chinese. We nickname it 'mahjong bag'. Nobody's buying nano speedy and pochette as a functional bag they're more like an accessory

The US and Canada sites show EVERYTHING from this collection as not available. The Australian site is VERY different. This is why North Americans are upset and severely disappointed and your condescending tone implying that we are upset for no reason whatsoever AND are mistaken is not very nice. We are already frustrated. This was not like you at all. Surprising and disappointing Jess. Do yourself a favour and delete this video. You’re just coming across entitled and the talking down to tone of voice is so disrespectful. There is nothing available in NA and we don’t need to be told to just cancel your preorders guys and just buy it all online because everything’s available. I just checked the US website and absolutely everything is completely sold out on the website and in the app. I lucked out and got the pouchette accessories in white and the pink Rosalie but that is only because my SA is a wizard.

Hi Jessie this collection is completely sold out in the USA as of yesterday! I couldn’t find absolutely nothing even trays! I didn’t go for the presale since I already own a bag from the original collection purchased when it first came out. But after browsing the websites there were pieces I liked😢
I’m in Sydney and was on the website at 3-3:30, even the things in stock when added to bag would say ‘network error or error’ couldn’t order a single thing then by the time the errors went away almost everything was unavailable in Australia

Jess please listen to your community on this one. This video is giving all wildly inaccurate information in a know-it-all tone. It is completely sold out in America. Online and in store has a few limited options at least in Boston. This collection went exactly the way everyone predicted it’s a shame because I was so excited to get a piece of my high school years back with the multicolor speedy :(. I love you and your videos but the vibe on this is not like you.

The collection just came out so common sense should tell you that that means most of the collection is sold out right now. Ppl in Europe have confirmed the same things so it isn’t just the USA. Looks like you didn’t bother to read the fine print, either.

In fact it’s quite kidish… The whole time 2 weeks ago she was absolutely obsessed with it and you literally can’t complete cart check out. Not all of the items she added to cart were actually available because the problem lies during the checkout queue process. I have a girlfriend in Australia who couldn’t anything either so people are struggling with the actual transaction all over even if it’s showing in stock. It’s not just the fact the info presented wasn’t well researched but also her tone. I’ve been a loyal subscriber of hers since she was under 2k and I’ve never seen her come across this way. I think the constructive criticism is warranted here. Many of her subscribers are upset about the way this went. Yes it’s just handbags at the end of the day… but those feelings are valid. I was just hoping she would take her communities feelings into consideration.

This is ridiculous. I agree! First I had put in a deposit on the NYC vivienne collection and it’s been 3 months. I called to get my refund and they said they didn’t have that on record. I also have the receipt as it was a pay by link. It’s so sketchy and I’m afraid I won’t get my money back. Secondly, the murakami launched yesterday in the US and I was unable to order. Other comments on here are correct. The website was wonky and all of a sudden unavailable.
I'm in Sydney and I preordered the black nano speedy on December 3rd and my order is still "pending" with no sign of an update. I imagine they'll hold my order to see if they can receive more stock but I'm not ruling out that my order will be cancelled. So many of the items on the Australian website say they'll ship in 10 weeks which makes me think there's another delivery coming. I just hope everybody gets what they ordered.

Jess, It is completely sold out in the U.S….. you cannot add one piece to cart in America. They had a few SLG’s in my Scottsdale store - luckily I was able to snag the one I wanted (Teal Rosalie coin purse) but it was NOT available online and it was the only one in store. Every product says Notify Me in America…. Unless someone lives in Australia, you are giving wrong information. Funny, You were loving multicolor for the past month (think you said the word “obsessed”in every video) and then you just completely did a 180 when you decided you needed ANOTHER Hermes bag 😂🤣 You might want to consider that many of your Subbies are excited for this collection before you start the negativity.

Agreed! It went instantly in the UK 😢 I tried and failed to shop the collection! Lucky that Australia has items available however the rest of the world are not so lucky. This video was hard to watch, I didn’t like the arrogant vibe.

The 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' option doesn't ensure that the item is still in stock. Here in my country, you can add items to your cart, but that doesn't necessarily mean you'll be able to finish the transaction. Its funny because the predictions are inaccurate.
I really feel LV needed to prepare about 2 years to release this in the US..I was able to get what i wanted bc i have an amazing SA, but I've heard countless ppl say they tried so hard but it was basically impossible to buy on the day of the launch. 😢

Saw couple of influencers unboxing Murakami pochette & mini speedy videos. Apparently they're gifted.
Maybe not sold out in Australia but seems to be out of stock in most of countries. The other issue in the US once you add to shopping bag and try to pay order gets cancelled. Try making a purchase and see what happens.
Hi Jess- on the US website (for me anyway), every single item is out is stock except a few of the shoes. The only option is “Notify me” not even contact client services lol😂 I assume eventually the items I want will come back in stock.
Australia is part of the Asian region is why Australia has items available, they stocked that region well since Takashi is from that region. Lots of pop ups etc. We got the shaft in the US. Hopefully they will restock 😊

Sorry Jess you might not be accurate on this video. Not here in the US. When you go to check out you can not. SO even though the site shows all these items are available they are not. People are not happy. I am so glad I am not into this collection. It says your item will ship in 1O according to your screen shots. SO they can hold onto your money for months and then get nothing. I do not think everything is available try to check out. Then let me know how it goes.
I spent all morning yesterday to the afternoon trying to purchase SOMETHING from the website for this collection. Sometimes I would get an item in my cart and go to pay and it would tell me that the item was no longer available. I would remove it from my cart. Then I’d go back to the website and if I clicked on the same item it would allow me to add it to my cart. I’d try to purchase and it would give me the same unavailable notification. Other items would say add to cart but once I clicked on it I’d receive some error code or network error. I was hopeless. Thankfully because I have an awesome CA, they reached out in the afternoon and said they could help me out and was able to order what I wanted and send me a payment link. If I stuck with the website or app route I would’ve been completely out of luck.

Im from Singapore and every item that Jess pointed as available online IS STILL AVAILABLE IN SG AS WELL. The inventory may defer in different countries. But yes they are still avail in SG. Ive added to cart and proceeded to checkout to confirm. Pls dont bash her for not checking the availability.

In US I tried the entire day to buy anything online and every time I tried to pay my cart emptied out to sold out! Very frustrating day, I won’t try anymore I will wait for the cherry release hopefully that will be better organized and more availability. I did email with customer service they did say everything that was offered online in US here was sold out yesterday , she told me to try again as they may add some pieces later.

Your video isn’t accurate. Yes I was able to order on line in Australia (with a notification of an 11 week wait) however after paying in full at checkout the email indicates that I have to wait for the order to be accepted. If I check my online account at MyLV there are no current orders showing because despite paying in full the order has not yet been accepted. So my understanding is that it’s awaiting a possible further allocation of stock to Australia. Given the world wide demand I’m not sure AUS will get a further allocation.

I have literally lost sleep since midnight jan 1 because I've been stalking the Canadian website. Nothing was ever available. At one point I got a notification that my item became available and when i try to go on the app and website it looked like it crashed. The app was totally black. The items all say "coming soon". I have never seen any of the items actually be available for purchase

Hi Jessie, I was at the Chadstone store yesterday picking up my pre order. Everything I ordered fairly early was delivered. But in store, there were only a few pieces available to purchase. No black MC. My SA showed me what is available to order but advised the stock no longer can be guaranteed even if pre ordered now.

I am the most boring person Jessie but for some reason the rainbow colours are speaking to me! I have murakami fever!!! All my bags are mostly black. I have a couple of game on pieces but otherwise fairly conservative but I want everything here 😂 I cannot explain why this makes me smile. I also couldn’t afford this stuff 20 yrs ago. I thought it was tacky back then too luckily… I can’t explain it 😂
I went into store on Friday - almost everything was sold but they were offering orders from 3pm. They did say there was no guarantee we would get it but that is what was on offer. I will say what I saw was beautiful. The quality was lovely.
If they hold my money and don’t deliver, I will be off LV. I won’t support a corrupt system.
In Sweden you can’t buy anything online (says unavailable call to order) but they had almost everything available in the store according to my SA.

When the latest LV Kusama collection became available I definitely saw a few pieces “in the wild” in Tokyo. I’m in Tokyo again but haven’t been lucky enough to site any LV Murakami pieces on the street. Reselling is a huge phenomena in Japan, so who knows where the pieces sold will crop up
In a certain small European country what comes to amount of people we get a very short notice of "item not available" and then "notify me when available"/contact a client advisor. I think this is not a market almost at all, so we have not even received the items. Maybe some wealthy people have preordered, no idea. You are right about the "childlike" look of these items and that one would rather buy a normal Alma bb, etc. They are much less cheaper and there is a resell market too, not a big one though. In a small country like this the resell market is slim. I feel like that rather than putting "notify when available" could it be that in Australia it is add to shopping bag (even though in the end you cannot order it).
I am in the US and frequent on-line purchaser and have an SA on email where I have purchased items not available on-line. NO LUCK being able tor reserve or purchase any items. TBH - there are only a few I will consider - but the NOT AVAILABLE its giving me FOMO!!!

WOW! Some of the comments on this video are just brutal, hysterical, totally unnecessary. I would be absolutely shocked if, in a month or two, the bulk of these items are not restocked. Does no one pay attention to LVMH financial results? The trend for LV in particular in last year or more has been negative - what is happening now is a tactic to bring positive attention back to LV and create FOMO. Bernard Arnault is the wealthiest man in the world (or maybe second, depending on the day one checks) and not for no reason. He will not pass up the chance to take everyone's money hand over fist. Things may be "sold out" now, but I truly believe that it's just a game.

The bags appear available in my LV online account... but I'm not loaded and have no money to buy! Plus it's not my style. I prefer bags with one colour not too many flowers etc. But they are incredibly expensive. I bought an Alma BB from Europe years ago and that bag is more than twice the price. I like the bag though even if it looks beaten up.

Hey Jess! I believe add to cart means you are placing a order for it as it states they will be delay with delivery and shipping on most items are approx 10 weeks for the merchanise team to find stock overseas to allocate to the orders.
Luckily i preorder in early December the alma bb and panda cardholder and received it today 😊 and was asking about other items i wanted and most is allocation exhausted for popular items such as nano and pochette but others were able to preorder just put full deposit and wait 10 weeks or so 😅 so your item will prob come when the cherry blossom collection drops. Keep in mind I'm in Melbourne. Thought that would help anyone 😊

It SOLD OUT quick in the United States. I'm not a VIC and refused to preorder or even order after release. I don't like my money sitting as it took over 2 months to receive my mirror speedy. I purchased the side trunk, black silk multicolor 90 square, and white multicolor sneakers. Two from different stores and shoes online.I also wanted the speedy 25 but it was sold out to VIC and my CA showed it to me but I wasn't that impressed. The side trunk is made out leather and not a piece everyone is going to have.
To you Pochette accessoires may be the most overhyped bag of the collection but it's very popular with Chinese. We nickname it 'mahjong bag'. Nobody's buying nano speedy and pochette as a functional bag they're more like an accessory
