Sir can we suggest a pregnant woman to apply lignocaine ointment locally in the oral cavity to reduce some sort of pain?I had told a patient to apply lignocaine ointment locally, she did that & she got her tooth extracted after delivery.
Pan D kaise de sakte hai ..Domperidone is contraindicated in praagnancy..because gastrokinetic effect of domperidone.👍

Paracetamol 650 to 1000mg bd for 3 to 5 days, amoxicillin 500 mg bd for 3 to 5 days

Many book and video suggest that ibuprofen and paracetamol both are safe but u r saying that ibuprofen is contraindicated ######
