Arunel - Desolated Silence (Ambient Music)

Hi everyone! I hope everything is okay on your side!
Today, I wanted to share a track that I composed in early 2020, before the dire situation the world had been plunged into due to Covid-19...
I think it is among one of the most ambient-oriented pieces that I made since I started music: it does not feature any lead instrument or any organic instrument in particular, but only one soft pad.
I cannot say why at the moment, for spoilers reasons, but this track could be considered as "a concept" track that I made for a specific story that took place at some point in the story of the world of Eternia (that I will present sooner or later!)*
Through this piece, I tried to depict the feeling of desolation, of solitude in a world or in a familiar place which is now completely unrecognizable, due to tragic events.
At first, I named this track "Alone In The Ancient World" but I think the title "Desolated Silence" that I just came up with suits better the overall ambience!
Despite being sadder than most of the tracks that I have made until now (probably), I hope you will enjoy it! 😅
