Hosororo is a very placid and peaceful place. known for its fertile soils, lush vegetation. Many historian think it is the earliest known Amerindian site for the cultivation of cassava dating back 3,850 years. Very Enjoyable video.
Beautiful Guyana. Thank you Mr ARD for always highlighting all the beautiful sceneries in Guyana so that tourists must come to see what we have to offer in Guyana.
Worked there in 1970. Lots of improvement, had one guest house, now three. Collected rain water in tanks then. There were no houses on your way to see the Kissing Rocks. Its like a marrow. It was just a passage way. Enjoy your trip and fesh air.🙂🙂🙂
This is what you call adventure and you are made for it ARD. You got a good partner to go with you man, the man seems seasoned into those trips. Love these videos, no one else brings it like you !
Murrocut is the best salted fish you ever had, my dad when he was alive brought it for me here in Florida. I am so happy to so much of the NWD looking so good, Denny keep the great work up, don't worry Mrs. Lynch knows that you get naughty sometimes. Great job.
You said “imagine the quality of air, so fresh” and here in Canada, there are tons of wild fires and the entire country is pretty much covered in smoke with very bad air quality. Enjoy beautiful Guyana 🇬🇾 Wish I was down there right now!
Loving this one thanks for sharing very information blessed love to all knowledge is power hopefully everyone pays attention keep up the good work 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

Wow! There are so many places in Guyana I’ve never visited. Thanks for sharing. Thanks for including the travel cost also to get to Mabaruma. You’re doing a great job👏🏾
Wonderful place this guy driving like the road smooth. You Miss out on some beautiful houses area. The roads needed fixing bad Thanks for sharing ❣️🇹🇹🙏
I have to agree with you. This area in the northwest is simply beautiful…prettier than the Ruppinini. The views from the top of the hills ate breathtaking.
Amaaaaaaazing view ARD, sooooooo beautiful, wow I can imagine what it looks like on a sunny day, so high up my goodness, is this my Guyana I ask myself, missing out, these poor people need some good strong roads, especially when climbing up that hill.Hopefuul it happens one day.
In 1970 there was only one winding road, from the Airstrip leading to the NW Steamer Stelling arriving every Thursday. HosororoHill had no roads or big houses only one level built with rough wood and coconut branch roof. It now looks like a Village.
My father brought me to NY in January 1973 and left me with people I never sen before, my moms relatives, came to America with a student visa,I was almost years old, so I really don’t know my Guyana so well, I’m from Mahaica River. Actually Big Biaboo. My father had lots land, rice fields,we grew every thing, those were the happy days, now I wish we didn’t have to leave our beautiful country, our Indigenous people looks amaaaazing, love to visit St Cuthsburg Mission,, thanks for info.
I heard you mention the soil, its called Latterite, best material to use when building roads in the interior. You should try the morocut eyes, so we can have more videos from Mabaruma😂😂
Thank you for sharing this beautiful video! Hosororo looks so different from when I visited. I have lost contact with my relatives there. Wish to reconnect.
Thanks ARD brother for showing such beautiful place, m watching this video at 11 pm, resting on bed, what a treat, love from India 🇮🇳. Btw I am your old subscriber and keep showing such nice places
This is proof that we need to protect the Northwest and our borders from Venezuela. Many of these regions are sparsely populated, none the less people are living there and they self-identify as Guyanese. We have a duty to protect them and our land. War is upon us, all Guyanese diaspora will return home to defend our land. I’ll die for my country. 🇬🇾
They have empty oil drums on the airstrip. When a local plane is coming in the GDF march there , roll them to the side. Plane lands, passengers disembark, people board, plane take off. GDF rolls the oil drums back in place covering the airstrip.
I was reading about Mercosur countries one day, is Guyana also a part of it? Like you can move freely from Guyana to other South American countries like Brazil, Argentina etc?
That little boy singing your song is simply amazing.

Region 1 is indeed very beautiful. How far is the border to Venezuela. Perhaps the people in Region 1 traded with Venezuela.
Think its approx. five miles. People walk through foot paths and cross over, both ways.
I was reading about Mercosur countries one day, is Guyana also a part of it? Like you can move freely from Guyana to other South American countries like Brazil, Argentina etc?
Yes
Can’t believe how clean and maintained the surroundings are, and GT looks trashy
Only need road access to the capital
Are their any Masjid in Region 1.
didn't see any
Wait, Why is it allowed to build towns in a disputed territory between Guayana and Venezuela?
cut out the back ground wind cannot hear you
the fish thing is a meth bro
Yup it is indeed a myth
Schehez❤😢😅
Schehez😅❤🎉
Beautiful view
