Thank you for making this, Lauren. I'm gearing up to deep clean my bathroom and this was nice motivation. I wonder if you might be interested in this: a few years ago, I watched a few episodes of Hotel Impossible. In it, they went over best practices for hotel cleaning. One of the tips was, to be the most sanitary when using cloths, to always clean the entire outside of the toilet first and then move to the inside. Using a single cloth, you clean the cleanest parts and finish with the dirtiest part- which is where stuff splashes up under the seat or the rim of the bowl. The logic explained made sense to me but was something I had just not ever put any thought into until I heard them go over it.
I love that this was a CLEANING video not just a wipe everything down video!
Please don't put fabric softener in your toilet tank unless you want slime in your pipes and an expensive plumbing bill eventually.

I definitely leave my Clorox, etc seating (especially in the tub) for a few minutes! But I never knew about the fabric softener in the toilet tank. I will be stealing this 😂😂...my favorite type of cleaning video to watch is deep cleans because they kick my butt into gear to do them myself! Great video as always Lauren! Tip: To clean my vents lately I've been using my vacuum cleaner for suction and the brush tip to help get the dust out.
She cleaned the Hell out her bathroom...JOB WELL DONE!!!
Lauren...great deep cleaning bathroom video; it does take getting on your hands and knees to get the bathroom sparking clean!!! Here's a hack I use; put some baking soda and vinegar into the toilet and let it bubble up!!!...Clean toilet after letting it stand, then use toilet brush to scrub, flush!!!. I also put vinegar with essential oils in the toilet tank !...
Just fyi.... Baking soda and vinegar cancel each other out and essential oils will eventually eat away the insides of the toilet parts

Try toilet bowl cleaner on the sink spots... if your sink pipes can take it. I shared an apartment with someone who used purple depositing conditioner and toilet bowl cleaner helped pull some of it out of our shower walls.
My bestie is a child of 5 kids and she LOVES cleaning the bathroom too. I’m more of a laundry girl. I can wash n fold all day.
This definitely motivated me to want to clean my bathroom. I will use that tip about the fabric softener in the toilet.

I loved this video! I clean everything with bleach also prior covid. Thats how my grandma did it an I will continue. Now granny had ocd an she took it as far as washing in it . Im not that far yet thank God lol. But I always loved how clean she kept house. Thanks for the video!
You would be surprised at what a magic eraser can do. I have worked for the school districts for 16 years until I retired this past January to stay home and keep my first grandbaby. I worked in custodial for many years after managing the cafe for 11 1/2 years and the schools by them by the case. The magic erasers are miracle workers for many things.

For hair dye stains, pure acetone nail polish remover always works for me! My mom came over and had blue hair dye all over my bathroom 😅😩

Are you suppose to remove the toilet caps on the bottom of the toilet? The last place I lived had the caps broken so they were easy to remove. Now this new place it's not as easy but I notice that there is some yellow thick stuff coming out when I clean around there. Not sure if I should remove them since it might have some stuff on the bolts to prevent corrosion.

i know this is an old video but sliding shower doors do suck. whoever thought of them didn’t think about the cleaning aspect. they should have self cleaning toilets, dishwashers, washing machines, vacuums by now… 😊

Jessica Mekles I have thought about that, but there are 2 black pokey things that stick up from the tub, so if the doors are gone, I can see me getting stabbed 😂😂😂 and we have like no storage left in this place!! We need to find a house quick!! 😂
