bhai ek que tha - jaise koi exam me ews me 100 and general me 500 seat h toh kya agar koi ews se fill kiya hai toh sirf ews ke 100 seat pr hi fight krega ya general se v??
aur agar koi ews se h toh ews se hi bhrna shi rhega na (chahe kitni v seat ho ews me)??

Obviously ews ki cutoff low rhegi agar general cutoff jitne no aa gye to tum general count kiye jaoge or ews seat pr kisi or ko moka milega
