I love how Stringer tells boadie to ensure peace is kept and to keep a lid on any beef with the east side crews coming in. Boadie agrees and then immediately starts talking shit to them as Stringer is walking away lol.

Omar had the best jokes. That “mama laying out clothes” line would have been so much funnier if delivered by Omar. Cheese’s laugh ruined it. Imagine Omar pointing that shotgun at Mouzone and speaking it in his fast cadence.

This is one part of the series that i find to be impossible to pull off...how does Avon not find out about this asap??? Alot of people in jail,when they call home they get stories of whats goin on and who did what and im sure word would've gotten back to Avon in no time
Probably because nobody really recognizes Cheese and Brother by face immediately. Cheese is Eastside and Brother is from NYC, so maybe Westside people just assumed it’s two random niggas beefing in front of the projects like usual. Brother isn’t going to tell Avon because to his knowledge and quite honestly, this is exactly what he was paid to do. Cheese told Joe but of course Joe is just going to use it to his advantage, which indirectly aids his underlying scheme from the get go with the co-op, which is taking over the towers and Avons corners and basically running Baltimore. Even the niggas in jail would take a while to get to the prison in Jesup and by that time, Avon was probably already out. Don’t forget D’Angelo was in the city jail for a year prior to the start of the show fighting a murder and he beat that case, so I imagine it takes a lil bit of time for court, trial and sentencing as well.

At that time, Joe ran Baltimore. He was supplying String b4 Mouzone so Joe's power was phemomenal. He wouldn't be that shook for nothing. Brother be in Philly and NY and is a high priced hitman. Even String showed respect when the Chinese cemetary line was mentioned. Some of the dead had to be bonafide and certified. The streets love nothing.
