I Did it last year and it was a blast of fun and adrenaline....To whoever that want to visit Toro Verde, I highly recommend them to book first the 8 ziplines ride and then let "La Bestia" as your last ride of the day! We did it like that and if was the best adventure experience of our life. I also booked a hang glider flight that I posted in my channel during my last year's vacations in the island (2015), but the Zipline adventure in Toro Verde was more exciting... Sorry to burst your bubble, but that's about 2/3 the speed of the fastest ziplines. The best ones are lower to the ground and through fixed objects like trees so you get a REAL sensation of comparative speeds. Flying over? Rent a Cessna.
I did the one in Costa Rica about 7 years ago...It's definitely longer...Question to anyone who did Costa Rica recently: Are they still just using the glove brake...I came in strong at about 55 mph 500 feet out and that tree was closing fast...lots of people stop early and the Crossfit-Certified (lol) staff would pull his/her way out to them about 100 feet and guided them in...Fun Stuff! Next time I'm in PR I will have to give this one a whirl.

ive been on this one, it feels chilly! and I did not have goggles on so my eyes got super wind blown so tears were just blowing out of my eyes constantly. to see you have to blink a lot. its a little wobbily and a little freaky because you cant move your arms now. you have to keep them pinned to your back for speed reasons. its very high, near the end I slowed down and since the speed wasnt pushing me anymore I started twisting around a little. thought I was gonna die! haha, it did stop before the end but they have a rope you can grab to pull yourself the rest of the way. It sounds scary but it was amazing and honestly the most terrifying part was the bus ride there.
