okay. so. i'm a painter. i'm in my final year in uni studying painting. for a long time now i've felt totally disenchanted with art. i'd lost motivation. the art world just seemed too bleak and subjective with a lot of favouritism involved. This video has single handedly reignited my love for painting. Seeing Rose's reaction to that painting and seeing how personal her feelings were toward it. Like oh my god thank you. You guys have just reminded me that success in the art world is not just 'winning the lotto'. It's not all just Rothkos or Pollocks; carelessly splashing paint around and getting millions for it because they got lucky. Art actually touches people and matters to people individually. And especially that this was a local artist. That you have a favourite local artist? that is SO COOL and has just changed my motivation so much. To imagine anyone having a reaction like this to something i've painting is completely inspiring. Thank you so much Rose for caring about art and artists and paintings, the way they should be cared about. I'll keep my brush in hand.

Aww that was really lovely Rosie, such a thoughtful gift. You can genuinely feel the appreciation from Rose. I'm with Rosie, 1 lovely present instead of a quantity of possible rubbish to look good. That being said, buy what you can afford as everything is appreciated. I also have really bad toilet humour so that fart had me laughing for much too long lol.
Excellent video, I like how Rosie surprised Rose with the piece of art she went to the gallery specifically to see with her dad, that's what you call true love. Rose you have to let all of us know what your father says when you tell him about the painting.

Yeh I’m definitely crying... you can tell rose thought it was like a joke or something but was so shocked she didn’t even say anything because she was SPEECHLESS. My heart ached at the love expressed by these two. When Rose cries I'm always gutted because she very rarely shows emotion, Rosie shows emotion more often. The love they share is perfect and only happens once in a lifetime.
