The fact that these guys one day had to leave their homeland and face huge danger overseas is totally dislikeable, especially when you figure out they were not supposed to do that.

Can we all stop and take a moment to appreciate these father's staying home with the kids, playing the role of a mother AND father, sometimes becoming the mother permanently, just to let their wife/girlfriend/fiance go after their dream. I must say those are some of THE most understanding MEN i have ever seen. Im a mother of two and know being a mother is tuff, not most of the time, BUT ALL THE TIME, and for a man willing to accept and take on that kind of responsibility #RESPECT #RESPECT #RESPECT #MOTHERHOODNOTEASY

When a man makes a decision like THIS! for His women to follow an ARMY DREAM, KNOWING IT'S A HUGE POSSIBILITY that, the ORIGINAL nurturer (Mom) will not return. Now he is the provider and nurturer (Which men are not, ORIGINAL nurturers due to God creating men to be protectors and providers) men would then have to LEARN how to be a little soft for the kids. Being a mom i know what has to be done, the energy it takes and some. For a man to understand the roles he COULD be left with, I had to take a moment to salute these men for their SELFLESSNESS for their spouse/kids. These men are RARE ❤❤.

A moment of prayers for those who didn't return...😢🙏
We need to see this to remind us, above anything else we are all human. Our backgrounds, culture, and race are pieces/parts to who we are. These men and women fought with their lives so we may have ours. But coming home to those you love put many things into perspective. And right now, life as we know it has changed, and we need a new perspective. Watching this video of families coming from different economical social backgrounds, race and cultures, reminded me, we all have the same needs, wants and desires, why are we tearing at each other? Why we hurt each? Why we judge? God, Allah, buddah, whomever you believe in taught us to respect, understand each other. Yet we do not, but here in this video, it shows we are more than capable of doing so. We need a new perspective. May all military around the world come home safe and well to their families.

I broke down as he congratulated me. I couldn’t let go of the hug because he’s been deployed for 5yrs. The most memorable moment of my life. The same day he bought me a new car as he said he would on my graduation. At that time I didn’t care what vehicle I have gotten. It was a Buick lesabre. The most comfortable vehicle I’ve ever been in. 😄

This literally made me cry cuz my dads in the army and hes being deployed right now and he recently came home for my birthday but unfortunately he had to go back and this just made me so happy to see other family's being reunited with their loved ones

My dad isn’t in the military, but he’s my hero no less. He immigrated to America when I was 3 and my sister was around 6 or 7. He came here to give us an opportunity at life working countless jobs from a paper boy, to a security guard, to a masseuse. He used to come back ever couple of months, sometimes even 1 each year. But I remember my teacher calling me to go home and my dad was waiting right there through those gates in that little car. When I was 6 a couple weeks before my birthday, I boarded that plane and came to America. I’m 15 now. My dad spent over 6 years working towards getting an associate’s degree due to stupid colleges closing and losing his credits. He finally graduated April 2019 at the ripe old age of 45.
It’s pretty amazing how UA-cam makes you open up isn’t it?
