Reminds me of my younger days. We used to have a lot smaller gear though. Massey Ferguson 185 reversing up the pit and an FC800 side filling out in the field. I was one of the two drawing from it with a Ferguson 165 and the other tractor was a Ford 7610. Ferguson 699 6 cylinder on the harvester. God, I used to wait all year for silage time back then. Back in the late 90s, it was something to look forward to when I was on summer hols from school lol. Happy days!!!!
Had to watch that a second time, 10/10, fantastic stuff, both the editing and the machinery. Those tractors are in unbelievable condition, and a credit to the owner and drivers. No ripping or tearing, steady operators by the look of it.

Glad you like it, I grew up watching zetors, ursus, sames, fiats cutting silage behind my house, so videoing this brought back lots of memories, They are in great condition and sound as good.
Any chance these machines will be working together in 2018?
Great video! Love the turbo sound of the Zetor 9245. One of the best looking Zetors in my opinion.
Always thought the Z.Crystals were underrated in the UK. Still many about today from the seventies still working away. I remember working for a contractor in the eighties who had an 8045 and a Ford 6/7000 and the Crystal took an easy 10 galls less fuel per day on the forager.Happy memories..! Nice vid too.
Love the high pitch hum off the old Sames. We had a few of them over the years. Buffalo 130 bet out all! Great video. Mighty outfit!

generally the same setup i use on fs17. 3xept i use a jd forager and a tw25 carting

savage video, the gear looks well. what is the oil tank for on the crystal ?
id say thats an independent pump and oil reservoir to work the loader. faster hydraulics. great idea!
desjack1 he's power loader from pto I think update the flow rate, you'd struggle with regular loader output on this job otherwise. A lot of old boys did it in the eighties.

Question why dont people put the tractor and trailer the other side of the harvester
A funny thing..... ive drawn silage with everything from a Ford 5000 to a NH t7 series but it wasn't until UA-cam came along i found out Johnny Foreigner puts the trailer on the right of the harvester. It actually makes sense when filling trucks in left hand drive countries, but otherwise its just habit

Mark Lynskey there’s still a temperature gauge in them ,telling you what temperature the oil in the engine is
