Tom, I have the SmokeFire EX6 Gen2. For the most part have been able to overcome some of the issues. All of my cooks have been fantastic on the SmokeFire. I see you have both Searwood & SmokeFire. Can you let me know your opinion on the pros and cons against each other? Would love to hear real world feedback
I love both grills. The only advantage to the smokefire is that it has 4 temp probes. The Searwood only has 2 probes but has better insulation causing it to old temp more consistent. This causes food on long cooks to take a little more time than the smokefire. Food quality is about the same on both grills. Cleanup is way easier on the Searwood. I love both but the Searwood is an improved version of the smokefire. Searwood uses less pellets. Searwood gets to temp faster and shuts down faster. Hopper is better on the Searwood.
Yummy
Delicious!🤤
