I am running a 4bt in my Carryall, compound turbos, compound transfer cases and a untouched pump. Got 20,000 miles on it so far. A lot of small parts have failed , switches, guages, master cylinders but the truck has always got me home. Pretty sure everything that has failed was made off shore.Except for the NV4500 tail shaft housing - that failure is due to poor design and common to that model trans. These are great trucks.
@@ToniHautala There is a site called Power Wagon Advertiser - you have to sign up to see the pictures and on there is a thread called The WC53 Thread - it may be tucked under WW11 - that thread has a bunch of pictures and articles from years back. Bit of a rabbit hole - you can spend hours in there. More than one WC53 is pictured but a lot of the thread follows my trials and build ideas that have since made it into quite a few other builds and clones.
It's amazing beautiful build.
