I watch a nail art channel and she always explains the difference between holographic nails and duochrome or iridescent look, and she shows you how to do them but it's in her older videos because now she posts other stuff but still sometimes nail related. It's simplynailogical if you're interested! Edit: they are duochrome and she probably buffed the powder on to the nail
These are actually a press on artificial nail. If you watch some of the other videos, her nails change throughout and sometimes she uses claws over her fingers and you can see shorter nails.
